  • yeah i'm a native toisan speaker- if you're familiar with the dialect, that exact line is actually pure toisan. i hadn't noticed it until i re-watched it to see what you were talking about. being toisan, my mind swaps back and forth when i'm trying to imitate cantonese.

And also, if it wasnt for Asian films we wouldnt even be talkin about Pulp Fiction as it was bankrolled by the success of Resevoir Dogs which was a total ripoff of Ringo Lam's "City on Fire", a Hong Kong film! you americans dont know youre born, i swear it!
