yes I can make AA flak 38 20mm & AT gun & arty & flak 36 88mm & mortar,

I build 20mm flak 38 already, rapid fire :D

if you like this game try Company of Heroes. You can play as the allies or the axis. allies gets you bombing runs, strafing runs, howitzers, and pershings. axis gets you flak 88's, StuH 42's tigers, and tiger aces. COH also has online play, and instead of a tiger ace, you get either a king tiger or jagdpanther. there also a lot of cheats, including a big head mode cheat.
