you said it yourself in the video "wrong button" it's a mod that allows you to do weird animations at any time you pressed a button and the mod did that.
I said that because I meant to press W to go but ended hitting F by accedent and jumped off the bike. This was happenbing for no reason. When I stopped on a bike and didn't press anything this happened.
