Entertaining video, I was a fan of Alex Kidd in the Miracle World but I was also in the vast minority of master system owners in the United States. I also have Alex Kidd and the Lost Stars but I didn't enjoy that one as much.

The cameo in Segagaga mentioned on his wikipedia page is also amusing. It basically confirms the whole falling out of popularity due to Sonic.

@zachthezombie - I loved Bits, it was a great show. That's why I've used the intro music, it's like a homage to the show. I also review movies, but I use the intro music from Vids. Remember that show too?

I strongly believe that if Sega stuck with Opa-Opa as their mascot they would still be around today. We could be playing the Dreamcast 4 right now but Sonic ruined every thing. Also Alex's ears are too big. Also, nice history film, very well done! :)

I agree, to me this game is to childish, it's pretty easy to see why "Sonic" was the superior mascott.
