Because that's where the money is. Sure, a Bleach game could be made for the PS3/360, but do you know how high the budget would be just for HD?

@TheNoelVermillion the psp is vary popular over in Japan because a good majority of there anime games are on it like gundeme seed bleach naruto and i believe one piece so they have tonz more games that are never translated
