Would you recommend getting the anti fog inserts for a gopro when skiing? i'll be skiing at the cairngorms in scotland and it's generally quite bad for visibility if that helps.

@SkierFromNJ Hey man I started skiing when I started high school. That was 9 years ago now! (yikes, getting old) Anyway, just hit the slopes as much as you can and keep pushing yourself! Ride with some people that are better than you, you will progress much faster than I ever did.

hey guys i just got myself a GoPro and I'm guessing you use the 720p 60fps setting? If so what do use to edit and how do you import those files? I use FCE and the only solution seems to be converting... any ideas?

@TheOrfordonian use mpeg streamclip to convert the files to apple prores. You really should be using cinema tools as well to change the 60fps clips to 30. I would try to find a copy of final cut studio 3 somewhere (hint hint) so you can do it properly. Also i just remembered i saw on gopros website that they just added a section of a editing workflow to follow. It describes what i just said much better. lol Btw you will love the camera. Dont skimp out of accessories though. You'll be sorry

@MrsApfelessig No program. Most of that was in the hand, otherwise it was on the end of a ski pole - mount was duct taped, and camera was screwed on.
