  • Yes they are very sweet and down to earth. We are in a county of about 20,000, rural and our local town is 900. The county seat is 14,000. They have stayed at the homes of local farmers and teachers, very sweet. They played for free at our tiny local school about 200 students including kindergarten through High School. They gave us a great story last year at Lassen College as they slid down the snowy mountain and had to put on chains. Does it not snow in Scotland and Ireland?

  • I met these guys in person on the Queen Mary, Long Beach, Ca.. They are very down to earth & i had a really good chat with them. I think one of my favorite songs is Doon In the Wee Room. I bump that song a lot in my car. Well among others too.

  • Oh God for such a sweet simple life in that song. Something tells me it's always been work for some....I can still dream...lots of gray hair coming these days

  • They have put on a great set every time I have seen them at the local Highland games. I agree with slocr8tv1-- well worth seeing in person!

  • Men of Worth are great! I recommend them to everyone who likes Celtic folk music!

  • Very nice. I like it and good story. *****
