Review: Cargo Lash Activator Mascara

there is a mini version of this mascara at ULTA stores in the US and on ulta.com. Its a kit for 60 bucks where you get a travel size Cargo Lash Activator, glitter top coat eyeliner, eyeshadow, and a really cute clutch. I got it and so far I love it!
