Second of all, host timescale doesnt slow down enough, or rather in the right way. The impact is made before the tracer (what you see) gets there. Also on a sidenote, without some mod (or smod), guns do not shoot bullets, they shoot elongated yellow orbs.

Yes, smod is a modification for Half Life 2 - It's very different from gmod you can get loads of guns and some other changes in the mod.

Smod is something very diffrent from gmod. It is a mod that let you play the hl2 or many other campaigns in a completly new way, like you dont have normal life but a redzone system( you have to healths one that regenrate fast and one that regenrate slow) The are slowmotion, new weapons, Enemies with shield, minicampaigns in the original Fx "where are my airboat." and alot more.
