your drums sound good but your cymbals are way too overpowering and bright. hard to get a good sound in a small room, but try pulling the overheads in from the cymbals. or try putting them in the opposite corners of the room in front of your drums up about 3 feet high... get more projection that way.

can also help to get your shittiest mic and stick it in the worst possible place (far away pointed at the wall), then mix it low behind the others. can give it balls.
