quick question. this is no doubt pretty awesome. but...when would you be able to use this? i just can't see you being able to put this to use during an actual match. both players are constantly moving around, they're not gonna sit there while you manage to make 2 bombs since both bombs goto the same area if not the same spot

@karrotseed There's a few ways, but Tink's fsmash is bad and I don't recommend using it ever.

You can only do Fsmash with a bomb (you can do Usmash, but it's a completely different process)

One way is to hold A as you pull a bomb and keep holding A. While still holding A, hit forward on the C stick.

Another way is to roll and hold A half through the role and keep holding it, then hit forward on the C stick. Works with spotdodge as well.

@DemonicToonLink Fsmash is good for mindgames. It does suck due to ending lag and an inability to use a different move after just one slash.

the first trick is a really, really good way to edgeguard w/o using Zair, do you use DAC then upB to do this?

You seem to be quite a knowledgeable Toon Link player.

So, here is my question.

How do you jump of the ledge and hookshot back on instantly so it looks like you move back a tiny bit and regrab the ledge, you get invincibility frames from this.

I can't seem to find it posted on the internet, but then again, is it as simple as pressing down and grab?

Simply press back and double tap Z. Pressing back releases the edge. Z regrabs. The second z pulls you back in, giving you invincibility frames.

@DemonicToonLink yeah first of all i think you are very much worthy of the name demonictoonlink, since your tricks are very good at playing mind games. lol i did find out about the bomb thing on my own. hey one thing i think you should have included and i didnt see (forgive me if it is already there) is that when you drop a bomb and its on the ground jump and press down +a and it slides, its a sliding c4, or thats what the dude who told me about it called it. anyway i think you know it already.

Do this at about the speed of a flam hit on a drum.

I see, so the throw will cancel the remainder of the airdodge, and then after throwing two successful bombs, you can finish with an f-air. Very clever, thanks a lot :P

it's like the physics on the game are different.

When i toss a bomb up it goes wayyyy higher then yours on the video. plus i cant do the sliding up-b trick you do off the edge.

There are 2 different types of throws: Normal and smash. If you smash up as you hit are or use Cstick, it does the hard throw. If you lightly tilt the analog upwards and hit A, it goes less high.
