  • yours looks like a pump foundation??

  • @VivaLaJoy77 It is :)

  • In Norway you can find it in H&M.. it cost 99kr which i believe is 5£ ;)

  • @NorwegianMuslimGirl No? The foundation costs 179 kroner, which is about 20£

  • like if you wish you were british like me :)

  • does this foundation rub off onto clothes? whenever i pull my top over my head i always ahve a foundation mark on the inside or the collar :/

  • i got it for 19 euros here in greece

  • Its £6.99 in Superdrug at the moment, Bargin!

  • @1992ShortBus yay! I love a good make up bargain!

  • @1992ShortBus yay! I love a good make up bargain!

  • It doesn't come with a pump in the US :(

  • It's $37 in Australia ):

  • people, it's only a foundation with a pump chill!!

  • in my country we pay for this foundation 18 euros....

For example a Dior mascara costs 30euros and L'oreal mascara 20euros...You are very lucky to pay for this only 8-10 euros

  • thats sooo not fair! how come europeans get a pump?? T~T

  • cool

  • I really hate this foundation : / The lightest shade is way too dark for me(not like a shade or two too dark, it's really really dark and orange), it smells awful like paint, feels really heavy on the skin and feels like it just doesn't get off even with a waterproof makeup remover, it leaves the paint-feeling on the skin. I don't like at all.

  • Mine doesnt have a pump:/

  • @MAiRiLU53 The UK version has a pump

  • if u put a translucent powder on it then it might stay for longer and then you wont use up so much primer so for power i would reccomend bare minerals x

  • @Aphrodite23100 i think its just the american ones that dont have the pumps xxxx

  • can never find it in boots do they have it in there ????

  • i have this foundation, think it's great but i have to say.. after a day at college when i come home it really lacks, the flawlessness goes and i'm left with tide marks -not good. Although i criticize -to be honest all foundations will do this.

    note to reviewer, cheer up!

  • woah, y does ur have a pump?????????

  • @Aphrodite23100 They come with one

  • @Sirvinya mine doesnt? where did u get urs

  • @BrittanyNicole5123 I got mine from Tesco

  • @Aphrodite23100 the uk ones got a pump x

  • @Aphrodite23100 europe ones come with a pump :)

  • @Aphrodite23100 The newer ones have pumps :)

  • i was so happy with this foundation!

i finally have one that is pale enough for my skin ^.^

  • what primer do you use?

  • I love this foundation, i have the same colour as you

  • Comment removed

  • @yummymummynicola

    I did :// Vile stuff :L

  • I hate that stuff :/

  • I'm really curious to know why you guys get a pump because in the US it doesn't come with one.... So jealous!

  • definitely really expensive nowadays...body shop eye shadows r quite expensive...but gr8 quality...i like em better thn mac

  • ok...and how wud u rate bodyshop ?

  • @BennyJennyJ1 About mid-range. They're getting quite expensive themselves though! I'd consider brands such as YSL, Dior, Urban Decay, MAC, etc to be high end.

  • and cud u please do a vdo where u actually apply it on clean skin so we can c da difference it makes? it will b really helpful

  • loreal products r not drug store products...cuz they r quite expensive

  • @BennyJennyJ1 They are a drugstore, but most brands that are considered drugstore are getting more expensive! I definitely don't consider L'Oreal a high end, or even a mid-range brand.

  • @BennyJennyJ1 are you thinking of lancome? they are owned by the same company.....loreal is pretty cheap

  • @BennyJennyJ1 You can buy them in drugstores. They are drugstore.

  • @BeautyFreakist u can also buy them from pretty fancy malls here

  • i have the same colour as u, but i dont like it at all tbh :( xx

  • love your videos

  • £7 in Superdrug now, but it makes my skin orange :(

  • @Verycuteyeah same with me. I think we might be using the wrong shade! Gonna try a different colour :)

  • I had the same issue with pouring it on the back of my hand and freaking out because of the HUGE color difference. And when I blended it in... Well, it was amazing X3

  • I have the American version of this, just different packaging, and it is fantastically photogenic!! Not only can you find a shade to match your exact skin color, but it also makes your skin look flawless in photos. Doesn't oxidize too much. And you can build up coverage on problem areas by firmly tapping more onto those spots.

  • Really helpful, thanks :D

  • would you compare it to tinted moisturizer? the colours are pretty though :)

  • hasnt it got shimmers in it.. is it very heavy?

  • @bublieeemmaaaaxx I've not noticed any shimmers.

  • She's not bored, she's just factual & to the point.

Not everyone needs to be freakishly hyper while doing a makeup video!

This is a refreshing change, really.

  • does it cover blemishes and pimples?

  • @twiheart17 some, it isn't a full coverage foundation though.

  • Would this foundation be good for taking pictures (wedding pictures)? Would it give me that white cast effect? If so, can you recommend a good drugstore and/or high end foundation that wont?

  • how did you get that foundation cause in the US they usually do not have pumps

  • @SerrenX20 I bought it from Tesco.

  • @SerrenX20 They sell the pumps in Ulta.

  • @macygurl556 I read on their website that they haven't tested since '89, but maybe their ingredient suppliers do :/ I'm wary about buying.

  • You are so boringggggg, don't you ever smile?

  • @rupal20101 totally agree!! she seems as if someone is forcing her to do the video =) she is a bit bored of doing the video herself I guess.

  • Best foundation !

  • is it worth buying ? :) like would you reccomend it ? xxx

  • @xxQuInNzeLLxx It's cool!

  • I have that foundation. It's decent for the price. The only problem I have is that it does NOT last all day and tends to break apart and starts to look spotty. I'm going to either try dream matte mousse or the photo ready foundation next. My skin isn't really oily at all. But when I set it with my mineral powder it seems to last longer.

  • Would you suggest True Match for someone who has a little oily ,olive skin, some acne on cheeks?

  • @SDAR77 I have oily skin and some spots, i find that this slightly mattifys my skin and it has NEVER caused me to beak out =] yay =] so i would but im not garanteeing =]

  • 8-10 pound! is like 16 euro here :(

  • does it hav sof in it? is it gud for oily skin?

  • im also c1:)

  • Im going to buy this foundation, I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for the video ^_^

  • I have been using this foundation for do long now, I would definatly recommend it:)

  • ive had this foundation for a few months now, and im using so much less now that ive seen this video applying with a brush really works but at first my blusher brush made me look orange so i got a new one and its perfect i actually look like a real girl!

  • thx 4 the review

  • your eyebrows has difference coulors in this video..

  • @electroxxxd

it depends on what your undertone is. if your not sure you can try just a neutral color. but if you want a more accurate match. then try searching a video on how to find your undertone.

  • what is a good primer to use?

  • pretty eyes!

true match goes well except if you party hard and sweat it runs.

  • the color tones (like warm and cool) isnt really for the color of your skin, its more for the undertones that you have. i use warm because i have warmer undertones. (golden, and tanish) cool undertones would be like pinks and whatnot.

  • @lucygeexox1 could you use neutral or warm if you have darker tan skin?

  • I really dont understand the colors... like C2, wich is the color i have, but is too dark...

And loreal do test on animals right. :(

  • smashbox is cruelty free :)

they have nice stuff but expensive

  • this is a great review. is it worth trying this product? is it good on sensitive skin? my skin reacts badly with this but its fine with other loreal products.

  • do you have to use a powder with this foundation

  • ommggg!!! you guys have a BIGGER bottle with a pump! we get this little thing that poors it sucks!!! lucky

  • luuucky, you have the pump bottle, I hate the bottles they have here, it just has a screw on cap :/ but the foundation's nice, I use W4 :)

  • I'm so glad I came across your videos! :) I'm going to give this a shot sometime. And I've read really really good reviews about this product. btw, I love your accent :D

  • You're lucky it has a pump cuz in the US it's just in a glass bottle it sucks. But you're right the foundation is really good. I have really pale skin and it's actually light enough for me. I use N1.

  • @EasyAccessBeauty That's weird, because I bought a bottle of the same stuff about a year ago. It has a red pump. I got it at Longs Drugs in California.

  • WHAT? Over here, just a month ago? No way! Last time I checked at the drugstore they had the pump. I just got some and it's in a stupid glass bottle with a screw-on cap!

  • No, I got it a year ago :P But I just checked again, and I can only find it with a pump... I've honestly never seen it with just a plain cap! Maybe they've changed the product design in the U.S. I moved to Canada four months ago, and they have the pumps here, too. lol But get this- I checked the L'oreal Paris website, and the US site has the screw on caps, but the Canada site has pumps... So yeah, they probably changed it :(

  • Ooh, heheh... Sorry, misread your message. And yes, that's a plausible idea... Although to get all of it out I will have to slosh some water into the remaining foundation in the glass bottle.

  • ooooh yeah well you could break it open... ... ... but I would NOT recommend that XD Then again, with the regular pump bottle, you don't get all of it out anyway lol

  • Maybe you can find a pump bottle and empty all of your foundation into it? Just an idea.

  • im going out tommorow to buy it lol :)

  • this is the best foundation ever. it saved me from embaressing patches in pics too. Love how affordable it is too.

  • i love that foundation!

  • Thanks for the review, have been meaning to try this! It's looks gorgeous on you

    Amy

  • hey! does it have a strong converage?? bc i have some acne and im wondering if it will cover it well without having to use a concealer

  • yess i used to have bad acne on my forehead and i ussed to use this and its quite good (::

  • i thought it was too good to be tru, it was lol u said 15..o well. i know it sounds crazy for a foundation to have spf 50 but i found a mosturizer from nuetrogena that has spf45, only problem is its too strong for my skin

  • i really like a concealer i have from l'oreal so i was thinking i oughta try this..then u said it had spf 50! thats insane and awesome, i mite just wear it for that (cause i dont need it), but i do need spf and sunblock is greasy. i kinda sont believe it rite now but im gonna go check tht out lol thank you

  • ive been using this foundation for quite a few months now i think its nice :) , yeah i buy it for

£8.99 i think from superdrug or tesco or asda haha :) thankyouu .x

  • Glad you liked the vid :) I think it was something like £8.88 when I bought it.

  • I just bought this foundation a few days ago after I saw your review. I also got the powder compact in the same color. I'm n2, and it matches great and isn't super thick. Thanks for doing this! :-)

  • I'm glad it's worked for you! Thanks for letting me know :)

  • That's one of my favourite points about it!

  • Yay!

  • i think i'm going to buy this foundation now!

  • Thankyou for letting me know!! I'd love to hear what you think of it :)

  • oh i use this and the same colour!

    i lvoe it!

  • Cool!

  • Thank you for this review =)

  • Glad you liked it :)

  • what primer do you use?

  • Boots No7 Shine free or Bee Luscious retexturising.

  • Nice review, I like the sound of this, my only issue is oily skin, but I prime first too, so may be ok. Your skin looks lovely. :)

  • I prime my skin and have oily skin too and it's awesome for me.

  • Oooh, thanks :)

  • Thankyou hon xx

Mine's oily in the T-zone in summer and this is fine with primer. That No7 one is good with this.

  • Lucky you Brits get the pump bottle on this! ;)

  • Oooh, I'm glad we did :)

  • This sounds good. I'm going to try it. Been looking at trying a drug store brand to alternate with my more expensive brand for ages but couldn't decide which! My skin can be quite dry so I think this may be ok for me.

This review was perfect timing :)

  • Thanks! I'm glad you liked the review :)

  • i use this foundation but i find ifi i use a tiny bit it still looks cazkey do you have any tips

  • Are you using a primer? That will help with the finished result.

  • yeah i do ive tried about 15 primers and it still looks cakey is it my skin?

  • Hmm could be. Have you tried sheering it out with a damp sponge?

  • yes always have

  • Maybe it simply doesn't work with your skintype then :(

  • Does is contain an SPF?

  • Please watch the full video, it is mentioned :)

  • Sorry about that, i commented a second too early!

  • My mom has it as well and she loves it too!

  • i use boots 17 long lasting foundation with their even tone(green)skin tone concealer and their pressed powder and i love it

  • Cool, I don't think they have one light enough for me. I'm sure I've had a look at that before.

  • Would you say it is better than Mac studio fix fluid?xx

  • I haven't used any of the MAC foundations.

  • IF you want a good MAC SUB try revlon colorstay :)
