I like the video -- I have the same camera and am going to try out the time lapse... quick question -- what did you use to mount the camera in your car?
Youtube compresses video when you upload it. The original video is definitely higher quality than this. I would recommend this camera as a decent standard-resolution camcorder, and I would definitely recommend it if you're interested in time lapse photography.
Yeah, that link seems to randomly show up or disappear for me. Most of the time I don't see it. Anyway, if you add "&fmt=18" or "&fmt=6" (without the quotes) to the end of the URL it looks much better.
I was looking up videos on this camera because i was interested in buyimg one, but the lowest price i can find is 270 dollars. Ill pay that much if i find out its the lowest price, so, tell me, how much did you buy yours for and where? Cool video, by the way.

I mounted the camera on a Slik sprint pro tripod and tied a couple of ropes around it to secure it in place while I was driving.

You can use the option on Youtube (watch in normal quality / watch in high quality) - Right below the volume on the video! :-D
