@Z4N30 He clean and presses over 200 lbs. That box jump was 46 inches. The prowler had a ridiculous amount of weight and he pushed it in amazing time. Thats pretty explosive for a guy in his 40's. Im a little confused why you have no respect? Your an athlete, i would expect you to behave in a more humble manner.

1. Plyometrics

2. Speed workouts

3. Explosive workouts
