And what makes you really think Texas will be any better in 2011? Texas fell apart in 2010 and now they replaced half their coaches. There is no consistancy in their program and the players are not living up to expectations. A fluke is to lose a couple games. Not lose to teams like UCLA, Baylor, or Iowa State.

Meaning most of OU's talent since Stoops has been there has come from Oklahoma.
That could be true, but OU's success doesn't just revolve around a handful of talented players. I've seen the two-deep depth chart for both the offense and defense over the past five years and it full of Texas boys, most in the starting positions.

I love the irony when Texas fans say Mobilhoma. Maybe if they were smart enough to look up housing and crime statistics, they'd see that Oklahoma has one of the lowest percentages of mobile homes compared to the rest of the country. @s1xr1ngs Trust me, I was severely disapointed that the BCS put UConn in the Fiesta Bowl. It really took away from our glory of winning BCS games agian. But, we pretty much proved after that game that UConn shouldn't have been there. And at least no one can say we choke any more. Really wish it had been Michigan St. though. I think that would have been a great match up. And I hope Texas does get better, because if they get worse, Ohh boy will it get ugly.

@MrClarkman13 OU didn't win this game by luck. We throttled Texas for 3 quarters and only in the 4th did Texas catch some breaks and get some points. And what makes you really think Texas will be any better in 2011? Texas fell apart in 2010 and now they replaced half their coaches. There is no consistancy in their program and the players are not living up to expectations. A fluke is to lose a couple games. Not lose to teams like UCLA, Baylor, or Iowa State.

@MrClarkman13 You're right about the teams OU beat but when OU had their bad season last year they DIDN'T lose at home and definitely DIDN'T lose to teams like Iowa St., Baylor and Kansas St. and OU actually went to a bowl game on their down year (with a winning record still) and WON. Yes, kids from Texas do leave to play for other universities for various reasons, but in the end they are still products of Texas and OU is still dependent of them. By the way, I'm an Aggie fan. :)

@HarlingenCardinals Actually since Stoops has been at OU they've produced 32 All Americans, 17 are from Oklahoma and I can think of 5 right off the top of my head that aren't from Oklahoma or Texas leaving 9 All Americans that COULD be from Texas, not saying those 9 players are actually from Texas just a possibility that they are. Meaning most of OU's talent since Stoops has been there has come from Oklahoma.

That could be true, but OU's success doesn't just revolve around a handful of talented players. I've seen the two-deep depth chart for both the offense and defense over the past five years and it full of Texas boys, most in the starting positions.
