Kabaka or Buganda isnt responsible for this, the current government is instigating the devide and rule policy, in which its mastermining a faction that is resisting the Kabaka's visit to Bugerere which is part of his kingdom, the people of Buganda are not happy with this government's intended plot to weaken buganda as the presidents bone in the neck(power) thus all the chaos, get things right people.

Only plagiarism and laziness can lead to this kind of misinformation. Anyone who cares to remember the history we learned in school knows that Kabaka=King and Katikkiro=PM. Any serious journalist who cared to find out would know that the current Kabaka is Ronald Mutebi. Chebet should go back and do her homework and the editor should stop sleeping on the job.
