i love KTM, have been riding one since 2008. The thing that annoys me the most is the price for spares, add-ons etc.. compared to my friends Yamahas and hondas, KTM prices are so much higher.
yeah their is and idk why people are saying 2strokes have no bottom end yeah a yz250 will prob have less bottom end than a yz250f but my ktm 200 has AMZING bottom end! the ktm250xc has more torque off idle than ANY 450f. My 200 revs to 13,500 and it feels like its higher than that. Also when you get experience on 2strokes you become a faster rider because it teaches you better gear selection and makes you push harder to stay in the powerban during races.
Also, with the gear selection, if you click up one its like traction control almost. Because one drawback is wheelspin if your geared down too low, but that makes it more fun in corners!

nah bro dont listen to him if you are a person who gets board easly get a 250 2stroker exc thats what i got for my first ever bike and its awsom, its all in how you ride it. awsom bike love them
*sigh* a ktm 250 exc is a four stroke motorcycle designed for off road use, logs are a part of off road use (say it has fallen) thus it is designed to over come this obstacle.

i never before driven a 250 2 stroke but a 250 4. Are there big difrences with the accelaration?

If you are considering between a 125 or 250, you dont know much about bikes and would take the 125 because you will kill yourself on the 250.

the exc-f is four stroke, hence the "f". The exc on the other hand is a two stroke.
