  • The max air cones are one of the greatest thing that happened to me in my life! After 3 botches sinus operations, I suffered from Empty Nose Syndrome, a collapsed nostril and constant pain and sinusitis, fatigue and depression. The cones gave me my life back! How many unnecessary and harmful nose operations could be avoided when doctors would just hand out these things.
