First off I am a huge Raiders fan. But this team is soft and undisciplined. They have been that way for years. It is sad to see all that talent go to waste. Every year I believe they will man up and play like the Raiders of old but the continue to over when they get it. But I will be sitting and watching again this weekend hoping for a Real Raiders team to show up.

reality is there offence sucks without dmc, ford, moore period! their defence was never that good gence teams always making the games close at the end. How to fix it?? get better players and better scheme with a better d coach. and on offence get tougher players.

Offsides, false starts, & holding penalties are just hurting the Raiders.
