That is quite a dangerous place to be on a tourist trail without radar which I doubt the Cesna had.The cloud base was clearly high enough & the mountain tops low enough for him to fly under & give his fare-paying passengers a better ride. I have a question. What makes you so sure that it is metallic, has writing on its side, and is not of this world? I ask this because ball lightning (another type of "ufo" phenomenon) usually requires similar conditions to be generated. This said, before I read the full description my question was going to be how did the cloud get there if there is rarely wind there. The logical explanation would be a strong wind blowing at a high altitude, so that answered that.
