@coasthafron Jay is amazing, lots of backcountry all over, stowe has got theirs too but Jay's is superior. OH Sugarbush has great backcountry between Mt. Ellen and Lincoln Peak. I've never skied Maine, but I'm sure sugarloaf and Sunday River have good if not great back country. Whiteface is not great for backcountry just because they get less snow and commonly have icy conditions but I haven't skied at Whiteface that is what I have heard though, Northern Vermont is where you wanna be though.
@coasthafron jay and stowes probably have better and more snow on it. never been on any of the snow fields though..almost went on the ones at sugarloaf when i went up for the weekend after 9 inches of fresh snow but then the summit was closed due to 45-60 mph wind so all that snow went bye bye :(
I love your video editing!!! The way you link it with the music makes it so good! Oh, and at 1.14 to 1.22, the snow looked beautiful!!! Can't wait to go to Canada now :D Thanks for posting
@xWOMBOCOMBOx lets expand on this 'dumbass' idea... a) my profile clearly says I'm Australian. b) I'm quite well aware that Vermont is in America. c) maybe, just maybe, I happened to be going to live/work/study somewhere like Montreal or Sherbrooke (which I did) - only 1-2hrs from the border to Vermont. That last point may have required you to think 'outside the box', which you obviously couldn't. Be careful 'dumbass' or you might ruin the reputation of you Canadians, aye?
