looks like a 50 or 70 km/h road. 30,50,70,90,110 here in sweeden. police crack down on 30 (outside schools mostly), 50 (all city centers) and 70 (mostly roads just in vicinity to citys). where its important. guessing as hes in a really neato rally car he wasnt doing 70 :) i wouldnt.
