  • what's impressive is you didnt freak out when you lost it. you easily had 295 tho judging from the half rep.

  • All the people is like "fuck this guy im 15 and i can bench way more than you" well fuck you bitch not everybody is a powerlifter empty heads... bodybuilding is not about how much you can lift its about BODY BUILDing.. back when i didnt know how to build up i just thought the biggest weight is gona give you bigest muscles.. eee wrong .. i could lift 60 kg on skullcrushers in just 3 months and fucked all my joints up.. everyone could do it if they trained like a powerlifter now shut up!!

  • oh dude u had that sh^t just got stuck.....

  • LOL I did that at the gym. Trying to show off in front of chicks. Humbling experience.

  • the roll of shame

  • you had that man!

  • Good save, smoother than most

  • SONG PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

  • nice save bro....

  • Hey I can do that weight 5 times. :D

I'm actually a lot smaller than you though.

  • Rednecks these days.

  • If you had Rollin by Limb Bizkit playing you would have completed the lift.

  • trying to think hes all bad haha

  • now his intestines are hanging out of his ass

  • thats why you need a spotter dumbass

  • pshh yea who needs a spotter any ways

  • thats some heavy shit

  • Always have a spotter when doing a heavy set!

  • Lmfaoo!!!

  • O man I'm so kool I don't need a spotter....

  • that wasnt a fail, but only a roll of shame 'sall.

  • dude, that was fucking smart handling of a shitty situation dude...i have learned from this vid, but i hope it doesn't happen to me obviously

  • YEAHH!!!! BUDDY!! , LIGHTWEIGHT!!

  • the roll of shame

  • I have an Idea, lets bench 315 without a spotter!

  • Let's keep this party poppin.

  • song in the backround?

  • @Ilovetoskate757 hollywood undead - everywhere i go

  • that's what you get for listening to hollywood undead

  • LMAO that he just set the weight on the bench and walked away in shame.

  • hahaahahahahahahah nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooob

  • SONG\?

  • @NewMafiaOrder Everywere I go by Hollywood un-dead

  • just lift a smaller weight more times. why lift a car once?

  • This happens to the best of us, how'd your ribs and stomach feel later?

  • @ajaxhockey16 stomach was a little red, but I felt fine.

  • @ajaxhockey16 this is how i save myself sometimes and it dont hurt to bad i should always have a spotter though

  • in football, but I gave the love of my life up for my wife now. Never judge a book by its cover

  • What?! LOL.. Just because his arms might not meet your standards doesn't mean anything man. I would say your probably about hmm 6'2 250 maybe a senior in high school, maybe play on the football team. I mean a part of the team haha never started one single game I bet. Man my senior year I was 6'1 250 had walk on offers from marshall, boise state and ufc. Not trying to brag, but my point is I looked fat as H*LL! Still got 405 bench up my boy.. and yeah probably saying well I bet you didn't do crap

  • you were hella RED the whole time bro.....just sayin.....

  • respect for trying

couple of tips when it comes to big weight

get pumped aka yell and sike your self up

bring the weight dont get pissed yell and explode the weight up

dont worry what people around you will think....they may think your one crazy s.o.b

  • Why are you video taping yourself benching?

  • @Hunter69420

    Maybe critique?

  • Nice Nutcracker...

  • Props for posting this. That was maybe 10lbs too heavy for you. I am sure that anyone talking shit here couldn't push 2 plates a side (225) to save their lives...

  • Been there, done that

  • at 21 years old i weighed 185 and benched 395 as a max.. 225 24 times.

  • @mxer822

    You're god's gift to women.

  • i wish my gym played HU!

  • Been there done that too. I never use the the weight locks. If you get in trouble with the locks on, like that, you have to man up and get out of it yourself. BTW, great job, that took a lot of strength. If you do not have to locks, just lean the weight to the side and let gravity pull the wight off.

Also, most of the people giving you grief, have no clue.

Way to get out of a bad situtation!

  • Been there done that. Watch your back setting it down.

  • What worst is that he put it on youtube?

  • i never understand why people put clips of them failing like i dont mind cuz i love to view them but still not sure why you would put this up.

  • No pain no gain

  • Music fail

  • before you kill yourself literally take those clamps off dont ever use them they are useless helps nothing anyway

  • I've done the same thing, in my garage at night when the lights turned off on me .... it hurts and it sucks

  • good thing no women were around to witness! it always happens to me when women are around

  • SPOTTERRRRRRRRRR!

  • Roll of Shame xD

  • no offense but what made u think u could do that with the size of arms u got! but u almost got it up, your stronger then me though props to that

  • @1122skyline lol cause arm size represents how much you bench ? since when

  • @StrongL1fts exactly..doesnt have shit to do w/it.. that guy obviously doesnt work out lol

  • @StrongL1fts

Arm size doesn't directly represent bench numbers, but benching does require a lot of tricep strength.

  • @1122skyline I had done it before back when my arms were smaller

  • @1Five10 dude my friend benches 315 and hes not bulky at all and way smaller then this guy.. bulk has fuck all to do with strength..

  • @EatMyHamWallet cool!

  • @1122skyline Arms have little to do with bench press until you have to lock out

  • @1122skyline Size isn't eveything, I've seen some pretty skinny ass dudes move some serious weight in my day.

  • @1122skyline It's not about size...

  • @1122skyline Wtf should it matter how big his arms are. His are more sculpted and about the same size as mine but i can bench 350. Dont talk shit if you cant even hit that coz it makes you sound like a dumb bitch

  • @1122skyline Size of arms has as much to do with bench press as bench press has to do with anything useful in performance. I knew guys in college that were 6'0" 170 lbs and bench 365 easy. And I knew guys with 19-20" biceps that could bench 315. I could only bench press 295 in college and I could beat people in the shot put that benched 495 and squatted high 500s. Its power not strength in performance. Power = Weight x distance over time.

  • @1122skyline arms? its the shoulders and chest that do most of the work in a bench press but yes sure the triceps is there as well but mostly at the end of the motion

  • @1122skyline that doesnt make sense. do you know anything about the difference between strength and mass?

  • Sorry future kids!

  • 2 things

    1. you should ALWAYS have a spotter

    2. i could only imagine how loud the noise would be if that weight rolled off the bench

  • TOTAL EMPATHY, bud! :o)

  • I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that this bench fail was a direct result of the choice of song suring the lift. I closed my eyes and thought that I was watching a gay disco....

  • 308

  • Was pretty hilarious, but I'm pretty impressed that he sat up and rolled 315 off that easily. Nice job considering.

  • Haha i love the casual walk towards the camera at the end!

  • Not a fail, just a full body workout on chest day... :)

  • Holly shit....from white to red in a split second :O

  • Steam roll the old nut sack dam that ruff

  • the walk of shame

  • Too much weight for a home gym, when your in that ballpark of weight, why not join a gym? Make new friends, get spots and advice and learn new excerise and use different equipment AND if theres a smith bar/machine I bet you would have gotten it for reps and not have to go thru all that. Nice try thou

  • @planepuller not a home gym and I live in a tiny town that doesn't have a public gym.

  • @1Five10 dropping it on your gut is very dangerous as well, but when the bar rolls on my legs and im up and down like you ive rolled over my balls. it hurts.

  • hahah i really want to know what he think when he walked back to the camera to turn it off :D

but cool that you upload this...! it happend to me too, i think to the most of us ..

  • overy where i go the bitches always know hahaha i like that song

  • hahaha very cool XD

  • I ve had to do this too a few times when i was working out with out a spotter. It isnt really that har or painful to do really. I good way to roll out of it...

  • this should be called " technique for how to bench without a spotter and get away with it alive"

  • hahah thats sad

  • good attempt bro

  • Excellent video

  • at least man take a partner with you:/

  • good man

  • at least you tried....

  • and you put this on youtube?

  • He wasn't going to "die". Chill out. You should always have a spotter in case the bar slips or you pull a muscle, but you can roll a few hundred pounds off your chest. It's not life threatening to fail a rep under a 300-pound bar lol...

  • perfect demonstration of the roll of shame, no one likes doing it but when you have to you have to waita keep cool with 315 on your chest

  • his face got as red as a cherry. XD

  • dropped it too fast and lost balance

  • Good save man

  • GOOD JOB at showing exactly what to do if you ever fail. He kept focus, didn't panic, and placed the bar down gently. WELL DONE

  • this is y u need a spotter when u lift. he could have killed himself very easily

  • @SneakieSheep I have failed w/o a spotter probably over 100 times and I've never been close to killing myself.

  • @1Five10 ok good luck and keep rolling heavy weights over your groin area

  • @1Five10 It only takes one time to die bro, be more careful

  • @1Five10 lucky u then

  • @1Five10 hes a ginger he can do anything!

  • @1Five10 when u finally manage to fail and die you wont put that video here dont you ? :)

  • @1Five10 use dumbells bro

  • @psychologyislam heaviest dumbbells we have are 75lbs and if we had heavier dumbbells they are impossible to micro load.

  • @1Five10 lmao ya you just rolled all that weight down over you nuts, im sure that felt great ps your head go so red it looked like it was gunna pop off. ps if you were able to get it higher, it may have caved in your chest.

  • @havinagoodtimefour20 if it were higher and I knew I was going to fail I would drop it on my stomach and I don't know about you, but my nuts are between my legs so when the bar is on top of my legs it doesn't bother my nuts.

  • @SneakieSheep dude shut the fuck up

no one has died from a failed bench press. show me some proof? if you fail the press.. push the weight off to your side and slam that bitch on the ground

  • @loxspliff1 Actually, my dad knew a guy who killed himself when he couldn't get a weight off himself. Went on his neck and crushed his windpipe.

  • @loxspliff1 i never said people died from it, i said they could

  • need to sort your form out and you might get the lift

  • hes gonna go change his underware

  • Do You Know What A Spotter Is?

  • Do you Know What A Spotter Is?

  • I was ready to go out and buy a bench press set up, then did a little more research and found that a power rack is the way to go if you are doing this alone.

  • @Armatige hell ya power rack all day

  • oh ok so thats how you make peanut butter

  • my father could rep tht

  • And then there's Hollywood Undead in the background...

  • KG or Pounds?

  • don't be an idiot, use a spotter when lifting big

  • Haha weak ass

  • dont try to heavy stuff on your own i'd say

  • why would you upload this

  • 86 people didn't get the party started :F

  • That happened to me once with 225 lbs.. except I, had a boner. Ouch.

  • dang. After 3 yrs of benching with partners, I came home for break, benched alone... My 3rd set, I re-racked the bar [little did I know, not well enough], half of it slipped off the rack and the middle of the bar landed in my mouth, shearing my six top-fronts and piercing my lower lip... I was surprised to see you discard that bar with such ease. nice.

  • allways have a spotter when your working out

  • Obviously, if he could, he would have...lol.

  • dam my balls would hurt lol

  • y in the hell would u even attempt that on ur own

  • HAHAHAHA TRY AGAIN NEXT YEAR BUDDY

  • Hollywood Undead doesnt make you stonger

  • aww man, thats happened to me before...

  • take 5 pounds off i bet you'll get it.

  • you quit to soon...

  • START THE PARTY BITCH

  • probably too busy thinking of that weenie charlie c loves to show

thats what you get for working out to any hollywood undead song that isn't "undead"

  • Where's the 315? I counted 269lbs (20.4kg x6) plus a few more for the bar still nowhere near 315

  • @4c00h Are you mental? 315 pounds - 270 pounds= 45 pounds... a very common weight for a bench bar.

  • @19DonnieBrasco89 No I'm not mental I lift this same amount with a 10kg bar why would he require a 45lbs bar if he's struggling with this weight, it's not like a 10kg bar is gonna bend with this

  • @4c00h a 45lb bar is easily the most common bar regardless if a 22lb bar could support this weight

  • @1Five10 Well I guess I haven't gotten to the level of requiring a 45lb bar yet I only weigh 70kg - I think 120kg isn't bad for my size, although my main focus is martial arts not bodybuilding I very much enjoy testing my limits. How can you tell this is a 45lb bar? It looks just like the one I use at my local gym which I thought was half that

  • @4c00h wtf are you talking about

  • @4c00h im pretty sure this is an olympic bar its called, see the ends of the bars how its thick, these barbells are stronger for more weights and yea heavier because of that and cause of thr thick ass ends lol, peace

  • @mlgReflexezz

    cheers

  • @4c00h that is a 45 pound bar dude. I have one at my house exactly like that. just admit you are wrong and move on.

  • @Koncre7

wtf are you on about mate, read my comments properly before making up shit

  • Why would he upload this??? i just dont get it

  • wow what a pussy

  • besides securing the ends and having a spotter there, i think most people know there limits and when you cant get 1 rep out, well thats just foolish. lol

  • uh shouldnt you have partner

  • Never collar the plates when you are benching ALONE. You might need to be able to dump the weights off in an emergency. People die from bench pressing accidents while working out by themselves.

  • @jiujiu thats true!!!

  • @jiujiu

die? you got to be kidding me...

  • @5waterpolo5 They try a weight that is too much for them. They collar the plates so they cannot dump the weight off. They try to push the bar up to rack it. Their muscles fail and the bar comes down on their throat. Their throat is crushed. They die.

  • @jiujiu

are u kiddingm e even i took it on my throat which is like 0,1% chance of I would still be able to dump it on the only a retatrd could form benchpress

  • @jiujiu dumping the weights is even just as stupid....when you dump weights off on one side then the other unbalanced side will fall fast and cause you to seriously injure your self like your shoulder, elbow, chest, arm muscle...

  • @jiujiu I have to say keep them on. Just like this guy you can do the roll of shame. But if you want to dump 315 you are asking for trouble. To have 135lbs fall off one side and still have it on the other side you won't be able to control it as the other side with weight still on it slams into the ground.

Plus if something happens and the weight starts to slide on one side it is close to imposible to recover from. Always keep the clips on.

  • You should not secure the ends so you can lean the bar and let the weights fall off.

  • @MrJmb2 never thought of it that way...

  • would helped if you had a spotter

  • u might wana have a spotter
