  • Mooooooooooooooooooooon River!

  • High-tech, nie tylko jak na tamte czasy - przez głośniki laptopa nie usłyszy się wszystkiego (stacjonarny trzyma się w ankietach). ;-)

  • Really clean version. Turned it way up. Think I just lost 6 dB of hearing on that one. Ears bleeding and need a cigarette. What a song. Thanks for posting.

  • Chevy Chase was hilarious in this movie. It's much better than the better-known Vacation movies, in my opinion. I wish he had done more movies like this, as it is much more exemplary of his comedic genius.

  • Anyone else thought this song was from Beverly Hills Cop at first? When I found out they were the same composer I did the Peter Griffin "good for you" nod.

  • I always have this theme in my head when I walk around a hospital. People ask why I am smirking at a time I am visiting a terminally sick relative.

  • you cant talk to me that way assface, i dont work for you yet

  • You usin' the whole fist Doc?

  • This is what iconic movie theme music is all about.

  • Fletch was streets ahead of all other movies

  • Yet another classic from '85...that year was phenominal for movies. I mean Back To The Future, Goonies, Explorers, Breakfast Club, Gotcha!, Witness, Young Sherlock Holmes, Fletch, Desperately Seeking Susan, Fright Night, After Hours, Return Of The Living Dead, Weird Science, Real Genius, Spies Like Us, Just One Of The Guys, A View To A Kill....'80's friggin' ruled.

  • This theme is so awesome and it rocks and it also is very, very funny and it feels like when you listen to it, it's like a person is walking on the sidewalks very funny and he is about to do something crazy, funny, wild, and stupid but that's what makes this theme awesome and I really like it

  • to each their own I personally love Chevy chase, but gotta respect people's opinions there are some people that just don't like Chevy chase's movies, not trying to be mean just saying.

  • PURE 80's

  • Thumbs up if the sulk sent you here

  • Ahhh the eighties..when chevy chase was cool instead of the stupid old fart that he is now..

  • @lordmerlin10 Hey, Community is hilarious, partly because of him.

  • I loved watching this the first time in the 80s.

Starts as a comedy... but with incredible depth and a great mystery story.

Bought both movies on DVD once I saw them again 2 years ago :)

  • @AEPND Isn't he just? His phrasing is astounding. A severely underrated musician.

  • isn't it 1989? Fletch is from 1989 not?

  • @AttumnKevin No, it's '85. The sequel, Fletch Lives, was '89.

  • this song is god-level

  • Who he really is?

" Hi, my name is Igor Stravinsky. "

    " Nugent, Ted Nugent. "

  • Lawyer: Fletch, you threw her [Fletch's ex wife] out!

Fletch: She was sleeping with everybody!

Lawyer: You should have proved that in court.

Fletch: My lawyer was a bum.

    Lawyer: I agree.

Fletch: I think she was sleeping with him, too.

    Lawyer: You may be right.

    Fletch: Really?

  • quality movie

  • Fred "The Dorf" Dorfman!

  • The movie is what it is... but the soundtrack is perfect for what the movie should have been.

  • Nice job. Especially on the lead sound. Sounds rippin' awesome.

  • There's a Swedish guitarist who goes by the name of Mattias IA Eklundh who did a cover of this; you can find it here on youtube. It's basically a faithful rendition, but with a load of noodling between phrases. Worth checking out if you like the original - and who doesn't?! - unless you're adverse to a bit of fretboard wankery.

  • @eddrebrab FUCKIN AWESOME....thanks bro absolutely love the cover

  • The lead melody is really cool.

  • def a must have movie to add to to your movie collection:) long live irwin fletcher.

  • One of the coolest movies ever made with Heavy Chevy.

  • this just might be better than beverly hills cop theme .

  • ever seen a spleen that large? no not since breakfast.

  • Maybe Chevy Chase could do another Fletch and be a reporter for like a retirement home in Florida. With cases like..who stole Mrs. Jennings false teeth? or who shit in the sink?..that kinda stuff..lol.

  • whoa! you approach the studios with that one? I'd be careful, bro- someone steal your idea!

  • hi, thats Harold Faltermeyer's score which you are wanting! Unfortunately, none of Fletch Lives has been released. I agree too, the opening track of Fletch lives is excellent!

  • @mugabesunny , Hi there, just want to inform you that the track was released the same time as the movie, and I can confirm that because I have the 45" single.

  • great fuckin movie he sucks now, steve martin sucks now too.see when u get rich and old,u dont have to be funny anymore

  • great song

  • he stands 6'5", 6'9" with the afro hahahha

  • I absolutely love the Fletch movies!! It`s a shame they never made anymore, I also have two fletch novels, Fletch won and Fletch too. If they do decide to revamp the fletch movies , even though they`ll never find anybody who can play the part better than Chevy Chase, heres my choices for the role: 1, Ryan Reynolds. 2,Vince Vaughn. 3, Paul Rudd. 4, Jason Lee. 5, Will Ferrell

  • Fletch Won is supposed to be in production. Ryan Reynolds definitely.

  • @s10jam Yeah I remember reading a while back that they wanted to do Fletch Won. In the book, its where Fletch firsts starts working at the newspaper. I read that at first Kevin Smith was gonna handle the project but the studio wouldn`t produce the money for him which Im glad because if he did write and direct it, the movie would of been loaded with cock and anal jokes, and the Fletch character deserves better than simple toilet humour.

  • no better news chevy said he wants to do fletch 3 its his favorite movie role!!

Lethal Weapon 5, Commando 2, Goonies 2, Freddy Vs, Jason 2 can't for that one too!!

  • dr rosenpenis!

  • This movie is the ultimate reminder of what Chevy Chase could've been... f"in genius

  • don't worry he wants to do 3!

  • And remember... "it's all ball bearings these days."

  • What's your Name?

    Fletch

    What's your full name?

    Fletch F Fletch

  • Cheers! Charge is to the Underhills!

  • expect to hear similar stuff to this track in the new Kevin Smith movie "Cop Out" aka "A Couple of Dicks", because Harold Faltermeyer is doing the entire music score!! synth comeback!!

  • I need the Fletch Lives Main theme

  • is it different than regular fletch main theme? How does it go?

  • "I'm gonna have to pull rank on you sir. I'm with the mattress police, and there are no tags on these mattresses."

  • Charge it to the Underhills

  • omg, exactly what i was thinking! I'm watching the movie now. lol

  • LOL

  • @m4ffe

Doctor: "Ever seen a spleen that big?"

    Fletch: "Nooo...not since breakfast."

    Fletch: I'll waive my rights.

  • Up yours, this rocks!

  • pfffffffffff

this music is sth more than sounds only

it's important part of great movie and that's why is great. I wouldn't pay any attention on that tune without watching the movie

  • He used a Sequential Circuits Prohet 5, a Roland Jupiter 8 and other classic synthesizers to make this track. Check out the Pro5 and JP8 demo's on YouTube to see what I mean.

  • The first time I heard this tune I thought it was weird and complicated. Well, now it's one of the best themes I know!
