This is the "FACTS"! If you EVER need a song that pertains to affairs of the heart...go to ANY temps album(especially pre-'68) and just listen. These guys knew how to relate and connect to each and every listener. I know every song that was written for and recorded by them. Can do each one's part also(a SLIGHT difficulty keeping up with Eddie). Their emoting ability is still unsurpassed. I'm just glad that I had the opportunity to experience them LIVE at the Sports Arena, Los Angeles in '66.

I had the honor sittting with Eddie Kendricks and Dennis Edwards in April 1990 in the dreesing room at Sweetwater's (NYC). I mentioned to Eddie that 'Just Another Lonely Night' was one of my favorite leads by Paul. Eddie and I then sang a verse of the song... a moment I never forget.

The strength of The Tempts is their albums,their albums are arguably as good as their greatest hits.They have songs on the albums that you might like more than the hits. The Tempts Sing Smokey and The Temptin Temptations album and the Gettin Ready are strongly recommended
