Equally important is how it shows Kate, in an effort to hide her inexperience with love, interferes in the love lives of everyone around her - to create comically disastrous conclusions. Kate is very different from you and sometimes it's fun to watch someone else make their way to the next level of life.

Okay, Mandy Musgrave is my favorite actress, and I would love to see this movie! But the worst part about all of this is the fact that they were filming in Marquette/McGregor Iowa and I lived right across the river in PdC and didn't know she was over there filming a movie! The crew would come into the store I worked at (True Value) and get stuff and I never realized what it was for until they were done filming! =[ I hate me!

Hallee Hirsh plays a very creative person and sometimes creative people live to the beat of a different drummer... so it's about how life is funny and might be different for creative intelligent people. Well, I like movies like "Pride&Prejudice", "Some Like it Hot", "10 Things I Hate About You", "Roman Holiday"... stuff like that.

@creativsis - Roman Holiday is such a great film, as is Some LIke it Hot - if you like the classics, you might enjoy knowing that this film is considered to be very much like Frank Capra movies from such a long time ago. Because of the great story - of course - and because the characters are so unique - especially Shiloh Fernandez - well, all of them really, but Shiloh is sooo wack!

I saw this film at MethodFest and it was fantastic. Reminded me a little of Juno - smart dialogue and quirky. All the cast was great but I agree with the reviews for this movie, Hallee was the heart and soul and one review said she was sorely missed whenever her character was not on screen, which was seldom.
