From my point of view, the girls seemed too bright and I think they were sharp. Everyone's 'aaaa'(including the boys) in Caritas sounded like it was "caaaaritaaaas", like carrot. It sounds better when you say "cawritas", like car. They also were too loud. You can barley hear the bases or tenors singing, especially when they sing their own little mini solo. Sorry if I make it sound as if you didn't sound good, but you did. I'm just mentioning this so your choir might sound even better.

yeah, we spent FOREVER working on latin diction for this and Mass in Time of War (also on YouTube)...i think some of our practices were a little better, but hey, this is the first time I've heard it from what the audience heard

The choir I'm in is doing the Gjeilo. Its beautiful, so I hope you have lots of fun with it. Ubi caritas has brought me to tears almost every time I sing it. Make sure you REALLY get into it!

Oh wow. I heard this and immediately looked it up in my school's choral library. We were given the oppurtunity to choose two songs we're singing at state competition, and I'm so glad we have this one in our library! So beautiful, such a great song in general. If you hadn't posted this, I don't think I would have ever found it anywhere, but now I'm in love. Great job guys!

This is the version by Rene Clausen right?! O: Zomg! Thats one of the song for OMEA All-State Choir this year! I can't wait! (I know I'm gonna make it this year, perfect for my voice, and I'm working my bottom off). I'm singing Baritone (Bass One, whateveryou prefer). Your guys were a little off on their timing and notes a few times. Other than that, great sound.
