If I'm understand correctly what you're saying. This game is for Xbox360, not Playstation3, as of now, there is no plans of US or North America release, so you would need to play the japanese version. Playing japanese version requires you to have a japan Xbox360. You can get the game from play-asia. They also have information regarding region lock on games (This game included).

I believe, Xbox360 in Region of AMERICA, will not run the game. The console needs to be ASIA. Somewhere on your console, try to look for "NTSC-J" (indicating Asia region), or "NTSC" (indicating America region)
