hands down my FAVORITE Bjork that is out there. I kind of wish she went through a very nostalgic period where she thought "it would be incredible to go tour for Gling Glo again" and then come play multiple shows in philly. I mean come on, jazz and philadelphia practically go hand-in-hand.

I don't think Bjork hates instruments... that would go against the way she often performs live, and would seem to negate "Vespertine" as an album. Not to mention that the human voice (and Bjork's voice, which is something more beautiful than human) is a musical instrument as well.

I think the truth is probably more that she's grown bored of traditional instruments. She's studied almost every kind of music, and she wants to find new ways to make music, new definitions of what music is.

I read it in an interview in MOJO, I don't remember the issue number but it's the one with Cash Johnny Ramone & Bjork on the cover. Bjork also stated she hated real instruments and described herself as the guitar anti-hero.

No. fue un disco de jazz ke Björk sacó con el tríó Guðmundar Ingólfssonar. Se llama Gling-Gló, y es del 1990, antes ke ella empezara a ser solista. Sólo fue un álbum porke el pianista Guðmundur Ingólfsson murió de cáncer, y Björk decidió sabiamente terminar la banda.
