that motor will not respect straight pipes. you'll be blowin shit pretty quick. i forget how much backpressure the tibs need but i think its ~2psi? gotta look it up.

@07Krye had 03 tib gt... had it straight piped with 2'' 1/2 all the way back to a 3'' tip.. ran great never once have had a problem

Nice rides guys, i just got a Tibby today, dealership is fixing up the problems it has before i actually get it..nice sounds on them but im looking for an exhaust with a deeper sound, im not a big fan of the high pitched exhaust. You guys have any suggestions on which exhaust has a deeper tone?

They are both good mods for starters. If you want to sound good right away then get a full exhaust system.

this would be my order in performance for starters:

Cold Air intake

Exhaust

Headers

MAF(anything ECU)

if you want more then go boost(supercharger) like I am. But thats a whole different game. haha!

Alpine s/c stage 2, 6psi, 290cc injectors, apexi neo tuner, boltons.

my 1/8th time was 8.6 on street tires
