  • you just said AronRa supports killing of inocent people, you have a problem my friend.

  • A libertarian who can't pronounce libertarian? Ironic.

  • Ron Paul IS a racist. No matter whether he wrote those articles or not, they were put out under his name. If he didn't bother to check whether his pamphlets contained extremely overt, offensive racism, then that's HIS fault and he's implicated 100 percent.

  • So u disagree with AmazingAtheist or AronRa on some points...y do u have to cut them off altogether and sorry but much of what ur saying is not true! AronRa doesn't support imprisoning people for smokin herb. Ur making a lot of unfounded/unjust claims.

  • Ron Paul is a retarded Creationist, enough said.

I don't think you know who or what Ron Paul stands for. Let me help you here. Ron Paul stands for the rich. With him in office and his political agenda there will be more done for the rich and fuck the rest.

  • lol what a silly video. Butthurt because someone said a mean thing about your widdle Won Paul.. First of all, Aron didn't say that he bases his idea that Ron is racist solely on that letter, but I agree, his wording was poor. You are right there. But lets move on, Ron is a statist, just not a federalist. Second, prolife means antirights. Third, just because Obama didnt keep his promises that doesnt change the reason why people voted for him. And yes, USA is becoming a police state.

  • I don't undestand how comes a persons political views (as long as they are reasonable) can have any efect on his scientific credibility.

I'm not an American citizen so I'm not going to comment on the American elections issue, but by marking AronRa because of his political views (leaving the fact that you got it all backwards), you are no better than creationists dismissing ones point on the basis of his faith.

Cheers. for the none intelectual ad hominen low blow!

  • You sound like a bigot to me you hate people who dont agree with you.You are not an atheist you are a religion of one.

Get with reality, legalization of drugs is bad for society no NATO or defence policy would destroy the world.Wishful thinking(without thinking of the consequences)never solved anything.

  • @ahhninjadragon You have no evidence to back up your claims that legalization of drugs is bad for society. Hard drug use in Amsterdam has gone DOWN due to the decriminalization of marijuana there. Point me to a study that shows legaliztion of drugs is harmful to a society. Stop making unsubstantiated claims.

  • @RockBanned Hard drug use has went down in amsterdam if you believe the goverment study but it is still a lot worse than the uk and 90%of uk ilegal drugs come from drug lords in amsterdam and not all the marijuana is from legal sorse and cant be policed properly.

If you want a study The gateway drug theory also opium was legalized in China earlier this century. That decision resulted in 90 million addicts and it took a half-century to repair the damage.

  • @RockBanned Marijuana is sold over the counter and police seldom arrest cocaine and heroin users. But official tolerance has led to significant increases in addiction. officials blame the significant rise in crime on the liberal drug policyThe city's 7,000 addicts are blamed for 80 percent of all property crime and Amsterdam's rate of burglary is now twice that of NewarkNew Jerseythe city to increase the size of the police force and the city fathers are now rethinking the drug policy

  • @RockBanned U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Legalization. See also: Roques, Legalization

    sorse

  • @RockBanned The Swiss opened a legalized drug area in Zurich and local addicts were given drugs, clean needles, and emergency medical careUnfortunately the liberal policy backfired and the number of addicts surged to 3,500; violence surged, tooNeedle Park as it came to be known was a place of open warfare among rival gangs, and even police faced gunfireTheir cars were attacked and overturned. In February 1995officials ended the experiment conceding that it had evolved into a grotesque spectacle.

  • @RockBanned Health costs associated with legalization would be very high. And legalization would have consequences elsewhere. For example, the Drug Enforcement Administration says legalization of drugs will cost society between $140-210 billion a year in lost productivity and job-related accidents. And insurance companies would pass on accident expenses to consumers.U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Legalization

  • @ahhninjadragon So all of your evidence comes from the DOJ and DEA? Yeah, really unbiased sources there. The harm to society that comes from illegal drug use stems from its illegal status, not from the actual usage. Do you think alcohol and tobacco should be criminialized? They're demonstrably more harmful than other drugs, yet they're legal.

  • @RockBanned A 1995 study in The New England Journal of Medicine suggests that illicit drugs such as marijuana and cocaine can interfere with male sperm production.A study in Cancer found that the children of women who smoke marijuana are 11 times more likely to contract leukemiaStuart S. Howards, "Treatment of Male Infertility," The New England Journal of Medicine 332 (1995)Leslie L. Robison, "Maternal Drug Use and Risk of Childhood Nonlymphoblastic Leukemia Among Offspring.

  • @ahhninjadragon "A study in Cancer found that the children of women who smoke marijuana are 11 times more likely to contract leukemia"

This is a bald faced lie. The study says the 11 times number was for hallucinogens and not pot. This study was also discredited. Children of Parents irradiated at Hiroshima were only twice as likely to get Leukemia.

  • I've never known AronRa to EVER lie. In fact, he often states that if he's wrong about anything to cite sources and most of all CALL HIM ON IT.

I too can find Aron a tad abrasive from time to time but I think that this is a natural extension of his run-ins with morons (I'm making no assumptions).

I think you make FAR too many broad assumptions here from the myopic perspective of a YT personality. This is a dishonest approach to dialogue. Terrible, terrible Lucky. Look in the mirror and THINK!

  • When did Nick Nolte grow a beard?...Well you can say this about Aron ,he got peeps to watch your stupid ass.

  • Just because you voted for a guy doesn't mean you agree with EVERYTHING he does.

  • Your body, your rules. Imo

  • If this guy isn't a genius, at least he has the hair.

  • I bet this guy ignores the fact that abortion has been the biggest crime reducer ever created. And no increase in law enforcement resources were necessary to achieve it. Facts are facts. Despite what your TRUE agenda may be.

  • You can't take a fucking shower before you post of vid bro? LOL Come on man, no time for a shower = you made a video on a whim. And Ron Paul is a threat to our society, not the establishment you moron. It's unfortunate that people believe anything that comes out of Ron Paul's mouth.

  • Obama did it???? He wrote the laws? No congress did.....

Remember the POTUS is the last person in the government when it comes to making laws... But hey don't let that stop you from being on of the sheep and blaming everything on the POTUS... Without the slightest effort in dealing with those that are behind the process...

I'm curious however, could you define "state-ist" for me?

  • Is it a coincidence that most of your videos have fewer than 50 views?

  • LOL, Aron Ra looks like a dope head??? I believe he has stated in previous videos that he isn't a user of drugs (but I think he likes beer).

You should be the last person to judge someone based on 'appearance'.

    Just saying...

  • Yeaaah... I'm gonna go ahead and assume that this is a joke. Yeaaah..

  • BTW, abortion will NEVER be overturned. The supreme court operates on precedent and there is a LOT of precedent in favor of abortion rights. Politicians KNOW this. They use it to garner votes knowing full well that it will never be overturned.

  • One thing I find funny: Everyone talks "principles" in the republican and libertarian parties yet they are hypocrites. The principle gets disregarded whenever it conflicts with a person's personal opinions. That is NOT a principle. Republicans believe gov't needs to be out of our lives... unless its gay marriage, or abortion, or pot, or gov't endorsing THEIR religion. You are a libertarian but believe you should dictate what a woman can do with her body. Makes total sense to me.

  • A comb and a shower before recording may be warranted. Anyway onto the content. I agree with what you say in regards to Obama. He has been a continuation of George W Bush in every way possible. Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate that isn't going to be exactly like George W. Bush yet again. We are a one party system that marginalizes anyone that isn't bought and paid for by corporations. We shouldn't be forcing women to give birth, we have been down that road and it ends with a coathanger.

  • Comment removed

  • at least in this video, you look more like a dope head than AronRa

  • bad hair + bad beard

  • sex education and access to contraception is the best way to avoid the question of "pro-life" rights or wrong. as far i have seen, Aron Ra has presented his vids with clarity and evidence.

  • You are imensly disjointed and rambling in your manner of speaking, put it into a better manner and people might manage to pay attention to you.

  • No, Ron Paul is a joke whose reponse to anything is that it is unconstitutional. He stands for dozens of things, you are fond of one or two of these things and because of this you support him.

  • Voting on a candidate for what they say they will do once in office is one of the major criteria we have for making a decision. We can look at their voting record if they have held public office. We can look to their education and accomplishments in life. We can examine their character in interviews and comments. But what we can't do is KNOW for certain what they will do once in office. I voted for Obama. I wish he would have kept more promises. He is not the man he portrayed himself to be.

  • "The reason you really voted Obama is because he is black..."

You show yourself to be a racist with that very statement.

  • "You look like a dope head" hahaha. Trust me never call anyone that again. lol

  • Pro-life, pro-gun, pro-drug legalization, anti-socialist atheist Libertarian here.

    Any questions?

  • @FaganRoberts

Why do you think anybody cares?

  • @pbmdh Its more about understanding who cares. And now we both understand. Thanks for taking the time to respond! Now we both care.

  • The facts people, Aron Ra presents and uses them :3

  • Why do none of Ron Paul's supporters remember that I criticized Obama for all the same reasons they or you do? Specifically I criticized him for keeping Gitmo open. I also commented several times here and previously that I am also a 'pro-life' atheist, except that I understand that it should be illegal in all instances. Finally, I don't even know what a 'statist' is. I think I'm more likely a federalist. In other words, every allegation you've made against me is the opposite of what I said.

  • @AronRa I am extremely disappointed to hear that AronRa is pro-life and that abortion should be "illegal in all instances". That last statement has dramatically reduced my opinion of this man. I'd like to hear how he justifies it.

  • @wounduppenguin Forgive me, I meant to write that I have I have said many times that I am essentially pro-life -in that I think abortion is a wholly irresponsible means of birth-control. But I typoed on the caveat, "except that I understant that it should NOT be illegal in all instances", such as when a minor is raped by her crack-head, AIDS-infected dad, for example. Ron Paul however opposes even stem cell research as the 'murder' of human cells.

  • @AronRa Thank you for the clarification. I agree that abortion should not be a means of birth control, I think it should be a last resort when other contraceptions have failed. The problem with that approach though is how do you ascertain which women have and haven't used contraception correctly? Some women would invariably be penalised for having unprotected sex. What is needed is education and access to contraception and ultimately the right to choose.

  • @wounduppenguin - I think AronRa may be under the mistaken impression that abortions are intentionally used as a form of birth control, which isn't true at all. Abortions are several hundred dollars, birth-control and/or the more severe day-after-pills are only a few dollars. What woman would purposely spend hundreds of dollars on a procedure intentionally as a form of birth control? The entire idea is almost insulting. Abortions ARE used as a last resort, in EVERY case, period.

  • @ixamraxi "What woman would purposely spend hundreds of dollars on a procedure intentionally as a form of birth control?"

A woman who wanted to control the birth of her child, after it was conceived, by preventing it from being born (via abortion)? This type of birth control is more expensive and less common because the procedure for preventing birth after conception is more complicated than preventing it by using other more cheaper forms of birth control. Its just biology and economics.

  • @FaganRoberts - Thats kind of the point, abortion isnt being used as contraception. It is by its very nature a last resort, there is a distinction between *reactive* birth control and *preventative* birth control that isnt being made here, at least not properly. Abortion is never employed unless no other feasible or reasonably priced alternative method is available, thus it is *always* a last resort. My point is that noone *plans* for an abortion as a *preventative* measure for birth control.

  • @ixamraxi Of course, that's a foregone conclusion. Abortion is a birth control methodology that is, of course, used after conception. That's what it is on it's face. To prevent birth after conception abortion is always the ONLY resort. Not the last resort. (I've known a few women who have used abortion as an intentional form of birth control) You should have understood this prior to asking the highlighted question. Thanks for responding, at any rate.

  • @FaganRoberts - This isnt accurate, there is medication that can induce an abortion post conception, it's called mifepristone and can be used up to 9 weeks after the last period. You should have understood this before replying. Thanks for replying, at any rate.

  • @ixamraxi My general description of abortion, that being the deliberate ending of the potentiality of birth after conception, is very accurate. Any means, whether described or not, to an abortion is still an abortion. You should have known this. But I certainly didn't mean to hurt your feelings by failing to list the numerous avenues by which abortions are performed. Do you wish again to take this opportunity to delineate all the various abortion procedures used throughout the world?

  • @FaganRoberts - Then you simply don't understand the definition of abortion. In the medical field, miscarriages are known as "spontaneous abortions" and occur by non-deliberate means. You should have known this. Nonetheless, you didn't hurt my feelings, you are simply being exceedingly vague to skirt errors in your conclusion by redefining the terms ad hoc. Nothing wrong with that, aside from being a little dishonest.

  • @ixamraxi I know abortions are always a last resort even here in the UK where they are free and unrestricted. The fallacy of AronRa's model where only exceptional circumstances can get you an abortion can be illustrated thus:

Woman A was raped is 8 weeks pregnant and wants an abortion.

Woman B also claims she was raped, but is lying to get the abortion, had consensual unprotected sex and is 8 weeks pregnant.

    (cont)

  • @wounduppenguin - Agreed. There are only two things accomplished by "Abortion illegal except in extreme cases". First: It erases the line between pro-life and forced-pregnancy. Pregnancy and child-rearing becomes a punishment for premarital sex, or other parental or societal non-complience. Secondly: it forces people to lie in an effort to avoid persecution, which could create witch hunts for rapists that don't even exist...

  • @ixamraxi (cont) What vetting process do we use to acertain which women is "morally entitled" to get the abortion? A rape kit wouldn't work we have only the women's testimony.

What about if Woman A had a legitimate failure of contraception (a condom split for example) but woman B had unprotected sex what then?

I think AronRa's pro-life vision is untenable. Women would have to be "tried" to see if they deserve the right to an abortion, not every case is as clear cut as a child rape

  • @wounduppenguin - The fact is that 90%+ of all abortions occur weeks before the end of the first trimester, where the fetus is the size of a peanut. The idea of a mostly formed baby tossed in a trash can is a powerful, but untrue, myth.

A Christian whose parents "would kill them if they found them using birth control or found condoms in their room" are *way* more likely to get an abortion then an educated person taking proper precautions. The problem is ignorance, not abortion.

  • @ixamraxi I already know this, I'm aware of the data regarding abortions and I am pro-choice. And I am very much in favour of education and access to contraception.

By the way I'm from the UK and abortions are not hundreds of dollars here they are free but we do not really have this problem of pro-lifers trying to restrict reproductive rights.

  • @wounduppenguin - Apologies, I meant to make that last reply to AronRa.

  • @ixamraxi Apology accepted :)

  • @AronRa "'pro-life' atheist, except that I understand that it should be illegal in all instances." illegal in all instances? am I reading that right?

  • @AronRa

Honestly, Aronra, if you were to die tomorrow, could you be absolutely SURE that NO God will be waiting for you on the other side?

Could you be absolutely sure that you will face NO Judgement?

  • @Watergun8770 If I were dying right now, I am absolutely certain I would not waste a moment imagining anything as silly as gods or ghosts. My last thoughts would be of much more important things, like how will my family fare when I'm gone. You know, things that actually matter in the real world.

  • @AronRa But you cant die!! your too cool!!!

  • @CATMAHAT

Code for: I know God exists, but I wont admit it because I dont want to be held accountable to a higher power. I dont want restrictions on my life.

  • @Watergun8770 Of course you are right. Secretly I do believe in Ahura Mazdā, I just do not want to admit it..

Oh wait, we have science. Your arm has muscles in it! Neat! Oh, but how do the muscles move?

OH! I GOT IT! The Flying Spaghetti Monster touches it with his noodly appendage!

Nono, wait. Muscles are made of cells that can contract.

  • @Watergun8770 Could you be absolutely SURE that no Papa Smurf will be waiting for you on the other side?

  • @Watergun8770 Can you be ABSOLUTELY sure that, IF any kind of entity is waiting for you on "the other side", this entity will be precisely the God-with-a-capital-G-as-you-envision-Him/Her/It ? Of course you cannot. It might be Allah, or Vishnu, or the spirits of your ancestors, who can tell?

Personally, I am pretty sure it will NOT be Yahwe though: from reading the Bible, I could come to no other conclusion that this character is internally inconsistent and totally implausible.

  • @AronRa wait...did you just say you think abortion should be illegal in all cases?

    wtf dude?

  • What's with everyone calling me a liar whenever they don't understand, or don't accurately remember whatever I said? To start with, I never said that Ron Paul was a racist. Nor do I think he is. Nor did I ever believe that he was. I didn't vote for Obama for peace either. Nor do I care if he is black. I voted for Obama because electing him wouldn't have put Sarah Palin in office. I would rather have Ron Paul in office than any of the remaining GOP, and might even vote for him again.

  • @AronRa I'm glad to hear this. I respect you a lot and I'm slowly realizing how insane it is to clear your name while everyone is getting a wrong impression. I think it would be in you're best interest or would at least clear things up if you posted some sort of response to this because there seems to be a lot of confusion. I completely agree with you're statement, and from what I've seen and heard, your stances.
