I love her voice but have never been a big fan simply because of her choice of material but this is simply gorgeous. A guitar and a mike. More singers need to do this today. The trouble is most of today's singers don't do it because they can't.

Dido has limited technical ability, but makes up for it nicely.

@beowulven Dido really doesn't have limited technical ability at all, she has a fairly limited range, but that's different. In terms of what she can do with the range she has, she's pretty damn excellent. Check out her live performances of "Life For Rent" or "Northern Skies" to see her do more technical things with her voice.

@Oiraeket hey technical ability is irrelevant in music its about having a distinctive voice, and no one sounds like her, you know who else has little to no technical ability Bob dylan, John lennon, Jim Morrison, and John Fogerty just to name a few
