"Thou shalt not take the Lord's name in vain" this commandment has clicked with me recently and I think it goes with what you are saying. I've always been taught that it is using the Lord's name as a curse word. That is something we shouldn't do of course. However, it's not believing that what we do in the LORD's name will really happen.(Like vain prayers in HIS name) That is a sin and something to repent of.
