@Lhn7 They don't. It's built on a different foundation than Windows. However, The antivirus you see for Macs on the market is to protect Windows users from receiving viruses from Macs because viruses don't effect Mac but it's kinda like the virus is at a train station when it comes to a Mac, Its just waiting on the right train to get to a PC.

macs are also over rated over priced and you cant upgrade them you have to use mac hardware or just buy a new mac thats over priced or just get a regular laptop put windows 7 on it and a anti virus and your problems are solved cheaper better upgradeable and can upgrade hardware for lots cheaper................

@Lhn7 mac os get mutch less viruses bacause not so many people us it . its same with linux and other os that not somany people use ither. Most viruses ar built to windows simply because it's more people to harvest data from.

But we ar talking iphone here and theres a stupid amouth of people that use that so, they could have a real problem there if they did not care witch they do and thats ofcorse good.

Theres always a way around but this will stop the most of it i guess.

if you want to get a cheap PC it's all right. But PCs with the hardware power witch a mac brings with it are way more expensive then macs.

@rffshvj they are really not more expensive, do some research, take the Spec of a Mac Book Pro and then look at any big PC retailer like HP or DELL and I guarantee you get a highr spec at a lower cost. Dell Studio 15", 2Ghz Dual Core, 4GB RAM, 290 GB Hardrive, ATi Radeon HD 4570 was £508. Basic MacBook starts at £999, has only 2GB of memory, slightly faster 2.4GHz dual core, NVIDEO Geforce 320M, a smaller 13.3" screen, and a smaller 250Gb HDD. Where did all the money go?

iPhone is going to be getting better with the app games with sound and almost psp graphics and 3 axis like ps3 has 6 axis but this has 3 which is all u need on this its amazing

dude my iphone is already great with install.app. and the spk suck on the iphone. i think this app store is stupid and will only cause problems were when you install this crap it loads all this security 80% junk. I personaly beleave there protecting there ass because they know lots of ppl have jailbroken there iphone.
