Sure there are bigger nicer engines such as that V8 but the 2.0 will always get you home, another thing that little mercedes engine does pack a punch and its a lot more reliable than you may think. :)

I really like that old Mercedes 200 in its red colour.

Thé W115 is a true classic. It's a pity it is in such a bad condition. I wish I could come to Sweden, get it fixed (technical parts and intertor) - and polish or repaint it. - it will look as beautiful and shiny as the Olds again

It's a 1967--probably a 330 unless it has the optional 400 Turnpike Cruising engine. You'll notice how much easier a big V-8 is to start than one of the puny little 2.0 litres.

@NDrLoR ok man merc is a relay good car and there are some cars that runns 2-3 million km so ?!?! i LOVE V8 but Merc has the better engines

@unclewilly2 Yes, you are right--they do make very good engines and they can run many more miles than a lot of the older big V-8s.

i like that old merc, it is in relatively good shape for its age. Ya'll should tune it up and have it repainted, i think it would be a good daily driver, eh?
