@psycosanches589 you need to complete the quest "that lucky old sun" at HELIOS1 and at the end configure the power to ARCHIMEDES II, every couple of days youll get 1 bullet for it, it needs to charge

@psycosanches589 then you will have to start a new game. Archimedes 1 (solar plant defense system that kills all the NCR at Helios 1) can be activated at anytime, but your only opportunity to activate Archimedes 2 is during the quest "That Lucky Old Sun". Once you send power to the whole region, you CANNOT undo it and pick Archimedes 2.
