  • I think More was not really an enemy, he was right in what he said, more like a prediction

  • She looks so smug after telling Cromwell off...she shouldn't have been

  • "This is my body broken for you do this in REMEMBRANCE of me."

  • What a kind and good girl this Princess Mary is!

  • @Ladyjaxs. No he didn't execute the grandson, the kid stayed in prison until Mary Tudor became Queen and Mary let him and the survivors of his family out and pardoned them. Remember the Princes in the Tower, and how King Richard was blamed for that and lost all loyalty of the people. Henry VIII learned that you don't kill children in public or you'll lose the loyalty, so no, he kept that kid in prison, not that it was right, but he didn't kill him.

  • What went around, came around for Cromwell.

  • Poor Cromwell; everyone is against him. I like him though. :)

  • Mary wants to burn everybody! Why doesn't she just shut up?!

  • @FamilyGuy770 They didn't knickname her "Bloody Mary" for nothing!

  • @FamilyGuy770I know, she hates, Cromwell, Anne, she hates Katherine Howard, Parr and even Anne of Cleves at first, I don´t know why people like her (in the show) I know she suffered a lot but so did Elizabeth she even more her but she wasn’t bitching around. I also hate how much the real villain in the story (at least in the show) is Henry not Anne or Cromwell, but yet everybody seem to respect him just because he is the king.

  • @fanyrf8 You do bring a good point, No body respect Henry at all, well know that Henry was a bastard and still is, I think the only resaons why people love Anne is because of 2 things, one She is beauiful in series, of The Turders kind of shallow in ask me, 2, she birth Elizebeth, but that is all she did, she did not really see Elizebeth when she was young because she was a girl and she wanted to give Henry a Son, so she neclected Elizebeth, but people still don't get it. I don't know why.

  • Mary is right, cromwell is terrible

  • I love how Anne Boleyn always stood up to men, thats a great achievement for a woman of that era.

  • Oh please... Gimme a break!!!

  • @mirrorofsin yup and lost her neck for it, should have just used a slower tactic than a forceful one.

  • who is the historical character at 0:17?

  • Bishop Stephen Gardiner.

  • thanks ;-)

  • you know i think Arthur would've been a better king or if anything if henry had been "trained" to be king like his older brother had been. Their father was, in my opinion, quite like Elizabeth-- cautious in wars, unwilling to finance if there was not assured victory, and was strong. If Henry VII had taught both his sons how to be king, I bet Henry VIII his son would've done much better. Arthur was trained to be good at his kingly duties while Henry was trained to be glamorous like a knight.

  • why was he killed?

  • The king did not like Anne of Cleves, a match in which Cromwell set up. So his enemies convinced him to kill him, which he later regretted.

  • I love how Anne gave it to him straight.

I did not like Cromwell at all . . .

You can also see that her and Jane had a common enemy and so did Mary.

  • Who's idea was it to get the executioner drunk again!!!!! poor Crummy, you will be missed by all us protestants.

  • @CSINYSharkGal13 Whose idea was it to get...? I think it was Brandon and Seymour. He died a horrible death, none- not even him- would deserve such a death.

The problem is he was led by his greed, ambition and power. He did no good for the Protestant cause I think, and he was terrible to Catholics too.

  • @CSINYSharkGal13 Why he played a big part in killing Ann Boyleyn & others?, and in real life Henry VII ordered the most inexperianced executioner (real life wasn't a drunk one). Because he was stuck in his protestant marriage and had to pay alot of money to get out of it, it's true though it took several blows, but then what did he care about ''His'' Victims in real life!. Karmas a B!. 2011 & they still Protestant Vs Catholic & Catholic Vs Protestant. That's just SAD!!!.

  • Did Edward and Jane Seymour originate from a family of supermodels? lol They are really beautiful.

  • I can't remember, but it was in the third season. Henry had the poles arrested, including Lady Salisbury's little grandson. They didn't actually show the execution but it was implied that they were all killed.

  • Uh, Mary? You're father's mind was poisoned long before Cromwell came around. Cromwell was no saint, but Henry made his own bad decisions.

  • Henry is a true definition of a tyrant.....he don't care who you are, if you get in his way he'll get rid of you. He even executed Lady salisbury 6 or 7 year old grandson!

  • Yah, I was so taken back by that episode. Henry will burn in Hell for the innocence blood he had ruthless shed...

  • After that episode I lost all respect for Henry. He's monster! killing is wrong, but when you start killing innocent children, that's whole new low.

  • @Ladyjaxs Thank you, that is SO TRUE, Henry VII was an EVIL SOB!. Who caused So much pain to all in his day, sadly even in 2011 it's effects still go on. No Catholic can be on the British throne, Kate middleton changed her (former Catholic) faith to marry for this, I don't care if people are catholic are protestant. How sad is that in 2011?? o.O

  • @Ladyjaxs In real life the grandson died in prison, probably due to starvation, not the block. Unfortunately what the Cardinal Reginald de la Pole (Countess Salisbury's Son) didn't think of when he started acting against Henry VIII was Henry's viciousness.

  • I´m sick of Henry. He of course needed to get rid of his enemies, but my God - he ordered to execute two of his wives, his former friend and advisor (Moore), fragile old people (Fisher, lady Salisbury) and his most loyal servant (Cromwell). The good thing is that at least in Tudors he can partly see the hell he´s living in by his own faults.

  • Absolutely brilliant montage! Great idea. I especially love Thomas More at the beginning. My history is shaky-did John Lambert exist or is he a made-up character like Lady Middleton?

  • John Lambert was a real man who really was executed. =(

  • Thanks!

  • i like the anne and cromwell scene

    -two memorable charectors-

now there isn't much to look forward to next season.

  • Agreed-the ditzy Katherine Howard in this series to me is a real disappointment. I can't bare the thought of an entire season of her giggling before the axe finally falls. I don't know what the show's writers were thinking with this KH portrayal.

  • @jpmorrison71 Remeber this is Entertaiment!!!!.

  • I am no fan of Thomas Cromwell but dear God, no-one deserves to die like that! Poor man!

  • @Tillyvalle I agree, I never saw his death but My God, come on, thank God the guard put him out of his misery.

  • Thomas More's words came true in the end

  • Brilliant. What a wonderful channel.

    Thanks.

  • A brutal end for Master Cromwell (probably the worst end for any of the Tudors characters). He was one of my favorite characters in the series.....no one was safe from Henry's madness.

  • I think poor old Margaret Pole, Lady Salisbury gave Cromwell a run for his money in the execution department. And I do mean RUN. I have read the poor old woman had to be chased around the scaffold though that could be just legend.

  • No that is true....but what's worse they had to hold her down :(

  • @jpmorrison71 What Do you mean you, you mean she Ran!!!!!! like Ran away!!!!!

  • omg.. he thought that spend that amount of money on a single stroke was robbery! Guess that in his last moments he reviewed on that matter !

    very sad =(

  • Thanks for the video!

  • :-)fantastic
