  • Love this shit!! Never bow!

  • How fascinating !

  • I've just wasted 8:25 of my life watching this tripe. Wonder if one of the freemen will get me it back? Thought not. You're all a big joke!

  • Interesting to see our remedy flow from were our cause of action, that is the evil started.

  • meh your Queen could care less about her oath or the magistrates oath.

  • It's a messed up situation for the citizens of The U.K., USA, Canada, & Australia because the international bankers have done their best to destroy our nations, & corrupt the rights of the people with their commercial oriented laws. The bankers want to replace all of our rights with privileges, that way you MUST pay for everything, or they send you to jail. It's disgusting but TRUE! Kill the Federal Reserve, free USA from tyranny in the process. Ron Paul is right about them all being crooks.

  • @loveunderlaw Problem is dude that the vast majority have no idea, and those who do have no fucking nuts. These Judicial scum need to be cut down to fucking size one way or another. I had a nervous breakdown a few years back, some shit happened over some property, we went to court, lost, and the FILTH who presided (I can't bring myself to call this garbage a human being) tried to chuck 90% costs onto me. We are going to Appeal.

Most Judges are un-just compassionless trash! Cash sucking tics.

  • @02Blackbeard look up Rod Class (.) com and listen to his talkshoes he has lots of good info to help you.

  • @garden333 Thanks man.

We were not granted an Appeal. I am now going to the European Court to claim that my Human Righta have been violated.

  • The maker and producer of the video cannot even spell the word "issuing" properly! He should halt, cease and stop pretending to be a lawyer.

  • damn wish they had here in good oh america..lol

  • This is great but, let me assure you, if this was the US, the cops and/or baliff would just beat you over the head.... without hesitation.

  • @conspiracist theres actually a videos with the guy named keith who pulled it off. and countless others confronting officers on the road. without license, tags, and insurance at times.

  • @VaderNocturnas "theres actually a videos with the guy named keith who pulled it off. "

    .

IN REALITY KEITH LOST THE CASE AND WAS FINED... AND AFTER HE REFUSED TO PAY THE FINE LOST HIS LICENSE... AND LIVING IN A SMALL TOWN WHERE THE POLICE KNOW HIM IF HE TRIES DRIVING ANYWHERE HE GOES STRAIGHT TO PRISON.

  • @conspiracist TRUTH IS KEITH LOST THE CASE AND WAS NOT ONLY FINED HE LOST HIS LICENSE.

  • @greywolf424 this guy claims to have won his case...is he lying to me? where is the proof of him losing?

  • @VaderNocturnas I HAVE ALREADY SENT YOU PROOF ASSHOLE

  • Check out my latest, How to Make and File a Fee Schedule....peace, Ven

  • @absurdityofknowledge It is true that standing is required before the court has jurisdiction, but the standing the court requires is a legal concept that is completely different from the physical act of standing up. I assumed this was the source of the confusion and asked the question to confirm. This video is completely spurious and is based off of the creator's mistaken belief that the legal concept of "standing" is the same as the physical action of standing. It is not the same.

  • Can someone please cite the source that says a court has no jurisdiction if you don't stand up? Because it sounds completely fabricated.

  • @thegreatfish

    It is completely fabricated.

  • That was worth watching, and those Officers in Yellow truly understood the sovereign and was there for his protection. Well done.

  • This video is wrong. dishonor the queen??? The queen is a dishonor to the country.

  • I really enjoyed this video

  • Priceless xxxxx

  • I wonder if any of these guys ever get found not guilty by reason of insanity? I'll bet a decent court-appointed lawyer could pull it off. I don't know how things work in the UK, but we've got plenty of these wack-jobs over here.

  • Does this work in civil court.Taxman screwed me now wants my house.

  • supplant - literally means "trip up", overthrow

  • @commonagenet 2 questions...1.If I received a summons, can I tell them that the legal person does not live at this address and suggest they try the registry office where the original birth certificate is kept(I only have a copy after all)?

    2. What happens when a married woman is summonsed? What should she present as the legal person?

  • supplant (vb) - to take the place of, often trickey or force (via old french from latin 'supplantare' ; to trip up, from sub- form below + planta sole of the foot)

  • @commonagenet so if the judge had have offered his oath to the common law of the land, how would the trial have proceded?

  • Common Law continued - in contrast to civil law (which is based on a rigid code rules), Common law is based on broad principles. nd whereas every defendant who enters a criminal trial under civil law is presumed guilty until proven innocent, under common law she/he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

  • Common Law - One of the two major Law systems of the modern western world (the other is Civil law), it originated in the UK and is now followed in most English speaking countries. Initially, Common Law was founded on "Common Sense" as refle...cted in the social customs. Over the centuries, it was supplanted by Statute Law (rules enacted by a legislative body such as parliment) and clarified by the judgements of higher courts (that set a precedent for all courts to follow in similar cases).

  • case law continued - Over time, these precedents are recognised, affirmed and enforced by the subsequent court decisions, thus continually expanding the common law. In comparison, statute law is a body of acts enacted by a legislature and civil law does not recognise any precedent. Also called "Judge made law"

  • Case Law - Part of Common Law consisting of judgements given by higher (appellate) courts in interpreting the statutes (or the provisions of a constitution) applicable in cases bought before them. Called precedents, they are binding in all... courts (within the same juridiction) to be followed as the law in similar cases.

  • legislation - 1.The process through which Statutes are enacted by a legislative body that is established and empowered to do so.

    2. A particular bill or piece of legislation

  • statute law - The body of law consisting of written laws adopted by a legislative body. Statute law is often contrasted with case law, which originates from decisions of the appellate courts; and with constitutional law, based on a country's written constitution.

  • Can someone answer this question. If the Monarchy was no longer around, would Common Law still stand today? being as it was a contract between people and crown.

  • @XhumanityworldX I dispute that common law is a contract between people and crown. The USA also has common law, and they have no sovereign.

  • @Withnail1969 What is it? if not a contract between people and crown?

  • @Withnail1969 Done some research. The reason why USA has common law is because their laws originally were english laws. Thats why some english speaking countries, still have common law. Even though Americas laws have changed a lot today, Americas laws are based and can be traced back in some shape or form, to the magna carta or english law.

  • @XhumanityworldX This is historically correct, but doesn't change the fact that the USA today has common law but no sovereign.

  • @Withnail1969 your right it doesnt make sense. All i can do is guess and say the british empire hasnt completely gone away and still has its roots but thats me trying to make sense of it all.

  • @IAMNOTAHUMANINC no you can't scam someone, that comes under common law, ie loss

  • @IAMNOTAHUMANINC THANKS FOR PROVING YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE LAW, NO WONDER FUCKTARDS LIKE YOU SPEND SO MUCH TIME IN PRISON

  • if u scam someone you legally entered contract with them, doesn't matter scam or not, paperwork fucks you...

  • The cogs in the wheel are stumped...independent thinkers are in the court room :-)

  • Ultimately we all need roads, schools and hospitals so anyone who doesn't pay council tax is a leech on society and doesn't deserve any of the support this legal tubthumping is giving them.

  • @magrpe i don't suppose he needed any legal tubthumping... if he had that would have been proof that he submitted to jurisdiction... you are a dumb ass... a dumb donkey, a worthless donkey that doesn't understand anything in Law what he is speaking of, why do you not remove your comment unless you enjoy being a pathetic excuse for lunacy.

  • @mrwigiteeman : If that is how you respond to a simple comment then I feel very sorry for you and your long suffering family. Is 51 really your age or just your IQ?

  • @magrpe explain to me why you pay council tax, because... you either do, or are a foreigner who doesn't care... you comment was simple? seemed like your comment was the first to pass unjust judgment... if council tax is unlawful, then anyone who passively pays it is a criminal, even a terrorist, don't you get it? I hate you bitch.

  • @mrwigiteeman : How can you hate me, you don't know me and have never met me. If this is really how you feel then you are obviously a very disturbed individual. Also, if you don't understand why local government needs to raise revenue by a system of taxation then you are quite foolish. I would expect this kind of argument and discourse from a 20 year old. You're a bit too old to be rebelling against the system - it just makes you look a bit sad and pathetic. I pity you.

  • @magrpe I can hate whoever I want or desire; You failed to provide an answer to my request. I never said a word about local gov't's being unable to raise revenue by systems of taxation... however if that system is a sytstem based on unlawful extraction of "council tax" from ignorant "citizens," then the raising of revenue is unlawful. Care to explain your position or should you just proceed to insult me again?

  • @mrwigiteeman : It's a bit too late to be touchy about someone pointing out the shortcomings of your rude and vulgur nature. I have explained why I pay council tax, as I'm grown up enough to know that the infrastructure and services we take for granted have to be funded. I'll leave you now to get back to your hating...

  • @magrpe you are a worthless troll... be gone with you, the lord be with you...

  • @mrwigiteeman : Pointing out your retarded logic and vulgarity isn't trolling, besides you started this this little discourse. Go back to your hate-filled life with your imaginary friend. You give retarded christian yanks a bad name. Shame on you!

  • Is that a Peace officer practicing law without a license .Peace officers are not allowed to advise on the law.Their job is to enforce the law and maintain the peace.Somebody entering into deep water.

  • @SixstringPlayR OH LOOK AN UNEDUCATED FUCKTARD PRACTICING LAW WITHOUT A LICENSE.

  • @mctantrum Because nobody has been told outright. You'll get to know when the EU and it's fascistic police state are in full flow within the next 5 years. It is common knowledge though and you can find out through a bit of research. I think it's been replaced with something called Corpus Juris, which puts the police and the government above the law.

  • This shit is off the Hook,, Exciting,, Ya'll think We'll "Ever" see This on National News,, huuum?? Origins Equal; It's just a bunch of Megalomaniac Satanic BAD-Jews working with the Jesuits, Knight of Malta, and the Private World Banks, with UN-Audited Vatican ASSets of Stolen GLOBAL WEALTH,, Search: "Who Owns Americas Media"

  • YOu can't aboliosh common law you numpty. that's the whole point. They can SAY they are going to, they can create documents and have judges say they have.....but we the people decide what the fuck happens, not the elite few.

  • Bloody great!!!

  • what if the magistrate did offer htier oath? what would happen then?

  • @hunkyguyjake I think that is obvious, don't you?

  • Common law was abolished by the Queen and Tony Blair in the 90s. Sorry to break it to you all.

  • Meng.

  • ladies and gentleman, We have a revolution on our hands

  • I love it! Thanks for uploading!

  • umm yea i am not so swift..WHO IS THE LAYMAN they keep refering to? is that the man taking stand for his strawman??? or the attorney for the man standing in court for his strawman? whoa deep.

  • @PHIL19681968 So are Police...LOL

  • @PHIL19681968 : that does not change the fact that he knows EXACTLY what he is talking about and we all could learn alot from him and his kind.

The BEST CN MEN ARE THE ELITE...that is why they have millions still asleep. ;) Pay attention..

  • Anyone who takes an oath is a foreigner to the people. ask your selves this what is bring charges to me. An agency and its administrative in nature I am a foreigner to that administration. I one of the people can only bring a complaint to that jurisdiction. In America the 11th amendment took away all judicial power in law and equity. There is only 3 choices left in practical terms civil, criminal, and administrative.

  • Just wondering, did the lay adviser place the birth certificate on the table across the bar while remaining behind the bar?
