love it.... how about using a NUDE lipliner as an eyeliner? or maybe even a light brown pencil? The brand Jordana has a light brown and even a Natural lip liner?

I have hooded lids too, and small eyes to boot. Try tightlining the upper lid, and just the very outside corner of the lower. You can even wing it a bit if you want. Gives the impression of liner without taking up space on lid. Tightline the rest of the lower with white, then smudge it with your finger. Takes the "edge" off the white. Try creating crease with a small flat brush, color only on one side (the crease side), just above where the lid ends with eyes open. Keeps the color off the lid.

Very helpful!! I struggle everyday with my makeup because of my eye shape & now I don't have to :) thanks so much! Another thing, I found that since I have hooded eyes it's kind of hard for me to wear eyeliner, like u can't see the eyeshadow just the liner & it really bugs me..

Tarte makes an inner rim brightener pencil. Ulta has one called the highlighter wand I really enjoy. It has a flesh toned pencil on one end, and a powder highlighter on the other. I can't find it online, but perhaps you can find one in the store. Thanks for the tutorial!
