There is also one book named Power vs. Force by David Hawkins which in more detail talks about such dynamics, if you are interested in. Scientifically you might not find any evidence for this yet, as it hardly even accepts the foundation of consciousness prior to matter. Yet there are attempts like the Global Consciousness Project etc.
