hi what kind of heat out put is it getting.and could you place a coil of copper filled with water witghin the top burner flame area to act as a hot water /steam source as well (leaving gaps between coil for flames to still make engine run. you got any vids of build thanks
@honda4004 Yes, the burner could be used to generate steam, but this engine normally runs on propane, via an annular burner. This provides much more heated area. The sump oil experiment is more of a test of the burner, rather than the engine. Sorry, no plans, but contact 'stirling engine society' if you are interested in these engines generally.
