  • Hey girl, you left out deep breathing!! To me, it's the single best health tip for improving overall health! Sit up with shoulders relaxed. Breathe into the belly (not the chest) through your nose and out your mouth all done very slowly. Only your belly should move (out as you inhale and in as you exhale). OK, start! Get that much needed oxygen into your body! Peace!

  • I find your info of quality.Where do I find girls like you?I definatelly have to subscribe to a nutrition course

  • what about coke zero? it has zero calories....

  • WHERE IS NATALIE??! BRING HER BACK!

  • What about floridated water? Flouride is good for the prevention of cavities when directly applied to the teeth. Why ingest it?

Also plastics emit gases when heated and I know of Dr.s who tell their pateints not to drink out of plastics. Think about what kind of shower curtain you have. If it is vynol, you get gassed everytime you take a shower!

  • What about floridated water?

  • @wander099 i was just making fun of her ;)) in romania you learn about enzimes in 6th grade

  • @RegiusCruor, fair enough.

  • everybody already knows this, your an idiot.... "if you want to live healthy, breath lots of air" might have well posted that. Find another way to get famous on youtube then telling people the obvious.

  • She is freakin CUTE!!!!! :)

  • hate to be a grump but it would be nice if this video was 3 minutes not 20

  • Again a house framer understand sun exposure vit-D intake and all the things it just takes to be a super-human you should try it or sit on a couch and watch us muscle guys frame a house

  • I am typing in the dark

    and marcial degeneration I appologize

  • This will sond strang But all fats sure aint the same and the body uses different fats differently ok

cow fat is a energy source but only if you need that enegy if you don't use it well guess where it stays

mega fatty acids are not often used by the body as a energy sourse omega fats are body builders they build the tissue between muscle tissue iof you lose the tissue between the muscles you rott

rott is not good it leads to heart failure

  • ok Che I reckin you know me hillbilly jeff by now uuuumm water you are healthy you should try house framming that is when you understand hydration. And that was said before chew it for sure chew and enjoy your food. You want those enzimes chew em. I like what that one peson said just take a multi-vit every day he said that in "Food Matters" those are not artificials they are drugs lol laxitives. If you want a upright laxitive eat psyllium seed husk wash it down with bentenite

  • I did know to stay away from trans fats but I didn't know about partially hydrogenated oils, thanks!

  • @kennywn13

the best fats are mono-unsaturated fats I am not sure but I think olive oil is mono unsaturarted the next best as i remember is poly-unsaturated fats these fats have lots of holes but little attraction mono fats have a single hole but a strong attraction they are actually used to make body parts like tendens and liggaments and skin and stuff

  • stop eating like porks, acting like porks and living like porks and you will stop looking like porks.

  • @shoshenkis

The amino scids in pork are verry good for people with a slightly anaerobic motabolism

pink for aerobic and white meat for the antiaerobic motabolism

  • I stopped drinking soda when I was 15 years old. I like milk. Especialy when I have a hangover I drink lots of milk. If it is possible go to a natural farm (that is the one without the drugged cows) and drink milk as fresh as possible. It has the good fats and also the omega3. 50 grams of read meat is the normal daily dose for an adult. Sugars? Just don't eat it. In the USA this is very hard because 90 % of your supermarket-products have added sugar or sweetners in them.

  • @sowiesosso

There is no way your going to get the milk i got as a kid

You are recognizing that the bodly carries and releases calcium

look at muscle physiology look up sarcoplasmic rectillium google that

  • you're awesome

  • Thank you. This is the kind of information that really needs to be hammered into my brain. Its nice to hear it from different persoectives. You;re sweet. :)

  • Damn, those clouds appear to be in a standstill

  • what about sex?

  • @vaidotas86

don't do it phycologically it will mess up your mind

and then there is ya right

but if you eat right you get enough physical activities You could do sex right also

  • Karina lost me at "butter is really not good for you." It's ignorant statements like this that cause confusion in the masses. I say "ignorant" because I am guessing that Karina doesn't know any better. High quality butters provide dietary cholesterol for the body that help keep the bile fluid. Additionally, if you don't provide dietary cholesterol, your body will produce it's own. Dietary cholesterol is better than form of cholesterol produced by the body.

  • Good work guys. This video was a little different in format (longer than usual), but I just listened to it like a podcast while working out and doing other things. I know there was a lot of useful info in this video along with recap. Thanks for keeping the info coming!

  • "artificial sweeteners break down into neurotoxins" ( wood alcohol and formaldahyde ) "cause headaches nausia...." and parkinsons and brain tumors and death

    just a little fyi

  • please go into more detail about artificial sweetners - for diabetics

  • Water-toxicity? Anyone? It's just like salt, it's good for you in the proper amounts.

What she's describing is a Yankee-diet. We don't get as much fresh vegetables naturally up here in The North; I was born and grew up much of my life in The South. Get some good fresh and cooked veg's. Yankees got used to not having them in times past.

Cholesterol is good for you, meat and fat!. It's proven! They used to say, sun was bad and that it caused *cancer*! They're ridiculous. Morons!

  • Hydrogenated Oils are illegal in much of Europe...this could be because paying for illness comes out of govt coffers rather than contributing to govt coffers and legislators cash from healthcare lobbyists... as it does here in the us. isn't plutocracy grand

  • Do not drink too much fucking water! Trust me.

  • I wish there was a summary at the beginning, not sure I want to watch 20 minutes to see if there's anything useful here.

  • cool vid and help.. Thank you.

  • Very informative TY, .Made me question quite a few of my eating habits

  • Excellent tips to improve health.

  • Living water, which has been imploded and alakaline water are the best types of water. Bottled water has traces of methanol in it according to Dr. Hulda Clark.

Sometimes when you think you are hungry, you are really thirsty, so drink more water. Your Bodies Many Cries for Water is an excellent book on the details of disease due to chronic dehydration. The author cured legions of sick people with nothing but water.

  • Very informative, but there is no way I would give up my coffee.

  • Want to be healthy in general, move out of the big city and live life much as those norwegian vikings.

  • This babe looks STONED man!

  • I really, truely enjoyed this video

  • Carrots are hard to digest raw.

  • @quitejaded not as bad as celery

  • @quitejaded Not if you juice them, mmmm. My favorite is two carrots, two apples, a stalk of celery and an inch of ginger. YUM YUM.

  • The way your lips curl when you sorta smile, makes me wonder; are you Harley Quinn :O?

  • i recommend not using unhealthy sunscreen...badger sunscreen if good. after getting vitamin d from the sun. dont use as much soap in the shower to clean off. he soap ruins the absorption of vitamin d. vitamin d takes about 48 hours to reach your blood stream. :)))

  • why do people even cook vegetables to begin with?? yeah lets cook these vegetables and take out all the nutrients all the vitamins. and then eat it. yeah thats a reat idea!! pffft

  • @lumberjak1984 Steaming vegetables retains most of the nutrients and vitamins

  • @mbelma6329 but whats the point. it doesnt even taste better!!

  • @lumberjak1984 Some are more palatable when cooked(kale) and cooking is important for some things to make them more digestible or removes poisons, cooking can make some nutrients more available - cooking carrots dramatically increases the amount of vitamin A you get from them.

  • @ortsa123 true, but in reality most people dont realize things like that and just cook any just boil there veggies or thouroughly cook them, not realizing they are removing all the vitamins.

  • This was actually an informative video. Good stuff guys!

  • Wow. Great information but I nearly fell asleep seven minutes in.

  • I'm eating while I watch this.

  • Finally! Something worthwhile and smart on psychetruth again!

I'd almost given up on this channel.

  • Very helpful

  • i havent drinked coke like since a year

  • :D i've been doing 95% of theese things allready, it all felt right, and i haven't as much as even caught a cold in over 5 years. What i found really disturbing though is that so many people twist their face in suprise when they find out i drink water, like it's something so weird disgusting and un-normal as if i'd say i'm drinking nuclear sewage. that is a verry unhealthy sign from society, and on this one subject i am 100% sure i am in the right.

  • @Zralf

I was thinking the exact same thing. When I'm at work or relaxing with friends asking for a 'glass of water' usually initiates looks and an offer of a soft drink...

I'm quite worried about society's addiction to things that are 'sweet' even the bottled waters are marketing (mostly to women) 'flavored' waters, laced with all sorts of artificial sweeteners.

  • @orasis A lot of drinks and foods contain corn syrup (which labels are now changing to corn sugar! can you believe that ?) Most corn in the U.S. is genetically modified! They use ecoli to enter the cell call, then they add a bacteria they found that is immune to round up! Our food system is in a crisis. They way we raise animals, grow our crops and process our foods..... no wonder I see so many small minded people!!

  • last time i drank water was about 3 years ago. i just drink coke

  • @LLOYD19851012 this so made me laugh! thanks for that LMAO

  • @MaladaptiveCatalyst feels good man

  • you people who curse and make evil nasty comments are sick.....why don't you use this media and learn from it ..stop trying to be cute and shock people what is the use in that.....I don't get it you waste your lives acting like low lifes taking drugs drinking alchol getting tatoos what is wrong with you?

  • do you even know what you're saying or is that a script?

  • Gustin hormone has nothing to do with the digestion. The salivary enzymes amylase and lipase start breaking down food in the mouth, which is what I believe she's talking about in this video. So before you start talking down to people, take the time to realize that your bluster is out of context.

  • Thanks for the tips... I find these very useful and practical! And by the way, nice breasts... :-)

  • omg they finally found someone who knows how to speak elequintly (a few of the people on this channel seem like idiots they just put on the screen because they look good)

  • @Yamakashi1

    HELL YA!

  • hormones in saliva? or enzymes? :0

  • @sezuor this is why these simple - poorly written - factoid videos are created for people like you. YES...a hormone does exist in saliva - Gustin hormone (named after Michael C. Gustin for his work with metabolism of calcium at the molecular level.)

  • Great information, well done!

  • substitue water for soda? wow... wtf are you saying.

  • @KrisMTL idk

  • @KrisMTL haha. :P

  • Just drink plenty of water with every meal.

8 cups isn't much for me. I usually drink more.

  • Lovely video. I already feel healthy simply by looking at you. Very nice!

  • 3rd

  • first
