First off I would isolate your muscle groups if you're not already. I would start with a chest and shoulder day, then a back and arms day (biceps/triceps). Aim for 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps per set. Focus of form not weight!! This will help your muscles build faster. Also, focus on your bodyfat % not the scale. At 12-16% you will see most of your muscles, and you will need to be around 6-8% to see a full 6 pack. Workout for 2 days and rest for two then start again.

My training is based on weights and nutrition, I do 3 cardio sessions a week, each one is 20 minutes, and they're high intensity interval training. To be honest, I find that about 70 to 80% of the changes in my body come from nutrition, obviously weights are the stimulus fro new growth and 'sculpting', and cardio can (when done the correct way), assist with fat loss, without losing lean weight.

@kshitiz06 Nutrition is about 80% of the results you will see. I can do cardio and lift every day of the week, but I am carb sensitive. I won't get really cut if I continue downing the carbs. You just have to find out how your body responds to the different nutrients you put into it.

awesome news! I have been doing P90X for a long time and I have had wonderful results especially with Ab Ripper X. In certain light I can really make out the progress. I was recently told to add weights to build abdominal size to help fill the void between skin and muscle. I work the entire abdominal area and I eat very well too. I will keep pushing play every day and I will try to add some weights to the mix.
thats great man.. but the problem is that i will never look SKINNY anymore.. but then not like i want to.. i've been putting on muscle so.. the muscle takes place of the fat and then the excess skin comes into play again.. so its kind of good if u have it.. i guess it makes me do more weight training.. keep it going man.. good luck
I'll take a stab at it - though the skin is naturally very elastic, after you lose a lot of weight, some of that stretchiness is lost.You have 2 options: 1) Replace the lost fat with muscle while following a healthy eating plan; this will tighten the skin to a degree or 2) Use special skin creams or consider Body Contouring Surgery to remove the excess skin - I normally don't support surgery, but losing too much weight too fast often leaves you no choice since the skin couldn't adapt. Good luck!

i had the same thing.. i just did more ab workouts and stuff trust me it will go.. just do more ab workouts.. not just crunches

awesome news! I have been doing P90X for a long time and I have had wonderful results especially with Ab Ripper X. In certain light I can really make out the progress. I was recently told to add weights to build abdominal size to help fill the void between skin and muscle. I work the entire abdominal area and I eat very well too. I will keep pushing play every day and I will try to add some weights to the mix.

thats great man.. but the problem is that i will never look SKINNY anymore.. but then not like i want to.. i've been putting on muscle so.. the muscle takes place of the fat and then the excess skin comes into play again.. so its kind of good if u have it.. i guess it makes me do more weight training.. keep it going man.. good luck

I'll take a stab at it - though the skin is naturally very elastic, after you lose a lot of weight, some of that stretchiness is lost.You have 2 options: 1) Replace the lost fat with muscle while following a healthy eating plan; this will tighten the skin to a degree or 2) Use special skin creams or consider Body Contouring Surgery to remove the excess skin - I normally don't support surgery, but losing too much weight too fast often leaves you no choice since the skin couldn't adapt. @johnnyrocketisgod its not always like that, my body is elegant and i have a little belly coming out and i sit all day at home and i dont get fatter but when i do exercise or workout i cant really burn fat either, so its from the genes too believe me

if u work out just to look good that means ur a bitch ass, that can't get outta the mirror. u should work out to be healthy and strong and powerful, this way u won't look lik u can bench 345 pounds but have problems moving furniture.

I don't get it? Why is that all these guys don't look like Men? They have the bodies of men but the faces of boys moisterised with 20 gallons of oil of ulay and puckered lips. The guys in the 1920's that worked with steel had physiques like these guys from daily work but didn't look like they fell in a Vat of Victoria Principles range of skin care products.

The guys in the video are still boys and young boys already have youthful good skin pumped full of collagen already, so why would you need to oil up your head with moisturizer? It you are hitting 30 or 35 then yeah understandable, but looking like you just fell into a vat of Victoria Secrets latest formula at the age of 20 is not only silly but looks stupid and weird.

I was eating organic for about 2 years but unless you want to live in a cardboard box or improve your circumstances in the job market with a better salary, then eating organic is about as realistic as the Bible.

30 lb in one month.... no way that was all healthy weight loss. It's impossible to lose a pound of pure fat per day for 30 days straight. If what you say is true you probably lost some fat, some lean mass, and some water weight for the final weigh in.
