Hey how's it goin? Just going through some of your older videos again *LOL*...I have a silly newbie question...Why is it that the saddle bits are safer for smoking?
My pipe collection was dormant for the past 3 years when i fell into a bad habit of smoking cigarettes to cope with the stress of my job, forgoing cigars and pipes.
In 09 I have promised my wife and myself that i will stop smoking cigs, and I've been hitting ebay for lots of pipes to build up my rotation for daily smoking without putting stress on my good briar pipes, as well as expanding the number of blends I can choose from.
It's great to see you smoking to music again..love that. Speaking of your favorite pipes, I haven't seen you smoke your Bjarne bent bulldog lately. ;-)
Another great video. Great strategy too! I think I'm going to try to get better quality small pipes. I prefer small pipes, but you do encourage me to buy a couple large ones as well :) Keep the videos coming!
it's sad that you want to give away all your smaller pipes. What about your Meerschaum pipe? Will you keep at least this one?
In 2009 I'm going to get some new Stanwell pipes. I already ordered "Stanwell No. 95" and I should get it in a couple of days. Other pipes are going to be "Stanwell No. 11", "Stanwell No. 15", "Stanwell Rhodesian No. 173" (polished) and I guess the new "Dan Pipe 2009" (Bulldog made by Holger Frickert, Les Wood and Holmer Knudsen).

Pipe strategy for '09:
Get pipes...seeing as I don't have any yet, but I am still 17 it will be my first year to legally smoke :)
