Thanks. Its actually much better now. I changed the GSF and JB Jr (neck and middle) pickups to hot rails and they suit the guitar much better. Warmoth = great stuff.
I've been looking for clips of a Strat with a chambered mahogany body with flamed maple top, and yours blows everyone away so far. It's got a great punch, bot not to brittle on the attack. Altogether a great voicing.
Thanks for the comments. Yeah, I really love it alot. I like it even more with the hot rails. I have been thinking of putting up a video with the hot rails, but been undecided. Would you be interested?
I would love to see the Hotrails. This set-up sounds amazingly close to an acoustic guitar. I'm thinking about getting the same body from Warmoth. Do you recommend the back route, or a regular strat pick-guard?
Ok, Ill try to get something up in a couple weeks.
As far as the routing, it really depends on what you want. the pick-guard is easier to wire, but I like the looks of it without the pick-guard and the f-hole. So, personally, yeah, I like the rear route better than with pick-guard. But its important to get a nice top wood if you have no pick-guard so you can show it off.
i like the blackstar amp. those things are kick ass.

you need a better amp imo, but sounds cool otherwise
