I mean the M82 is identical in every functioning way to the M107.. other then a few bells and whistles that make it a little bit easier to handle and carry. but any of those can be bought from Barrett arms if they aren't already sold on the newer models to civilians... There really is no civilian or military model.. Its the same rifle.. Now ammunition is a completely different story. Civilians can't by the raufoss round.
