Really cool movie ....at the train chase were coouple of gliches......the sun's angle are from 3 different directions.But one of the most good vampire movies,amongst underworld and van helsing.

One strong message of the film is about the strength & cunning (if necessary) of your mind if you choose to use yours. And then also about the character of the person who controls their own thoughts. I saw movie at sitemoovie.co.cc last night.

Lol it doesn't look like it'll have an amazing storyline, more like a nerd/geek version of fast and the furious, chicks, geekdom and big special effects. Cool but not intellectually stimulating. I'm still gonna see it at getfilmsnow.co.cc anyway.

@5800james humankind was on the brink of extinction, this is why they isolated themselves in the walls of their castles. Now, the vampires have uprisen once again and the priests are the only ones to save mankind.. again. Hope that helps!

Really enjoyed the movie -- the action scenes were fantastic-- I am glad we are back to vampires being the bad guys and not looking like models---It was great to see a true vampire movie.

@TheTommyKay ...If its not a vampire movie... why are the bad guys vampires.. If its not a vampire movie... why do they drink blood and kill humans,,, if its not a vampire movie... why are their familiars ( and we are not talking about cats & witches )... religious overtones are most always in movies with the exception of when vampires are pictured/featured as models example: Twilight. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. I enjoyed the movie because we are back to vampires looking like monsters.
