  • shes pretty good

  • Your REALLY good. I am a dancer to and I love to do gymnastics. My only advice to you is to always remember to point your feet when your in a Handstand!!

  • AHHH point your feet!!! nice jumps! (:

  • thank you guys all for your advice!!=)

As you remember, I wrote here that I just started gymnastics, and now, 1 year after, I can FINALLY say that I can do splits, bends, and I'm learning front walkover and back handspring!

There is no such a word "impossible"!:)

  • To do a front walkover arch your back before your feet hit the floor

  • Your Good ! Keep UP

omg do you hav your owb ballet hall in your home?

  • this is amazing!!!!

    name of song please?

  • My spins are horrible do you have any advice on how to improve? Plus I am teaching myself so is there anyway I can make sure I am doing everything right or somewhere I can look for what the training for gymnastics should be?

  • iM 12 , iM Doing Yoga For My Flexibility , But is There A Way To Make My Spin More Flexible ?

  • Love the song.. whats the name???????????

  • @ayniess

you can definitely do gymnastics! You may not be in the olympics or get a scholarship but you can still be Gina and even compete if you set your mind to it! :) good luck

  • POINT THOSE TOES

  • ur trained in gym or dance ??

  • This is really good ! Nice job

  • not bad

  • I'm not trying to be mean...this is just constructive criticism but...you need to point your feet big time...and you need to straighten your knees...but you're REALLY flexible! Keep dancing <3

  • I wish I was that flexible! Do you have any tips on how to be that flexible? I've danced ever since I was 3 too and I'm 16 x

  • wow. i started at ten. im twelve now and i just got my back bend kickover and rockers. is that good?

  • your really good !!!!!!!!!!

  • you are good

  • how long have you been training?

I just started at the age of 16, and everyone says to be that's it's impossible to learn gymnastics now...

  • @ayniess

Hey :) Im actually not a gymnast , but I love gymnastics! I'm trained in ballet tap jazz modern and comteparay and lyrical dance my entire life and I first started out with tap and ballet when I wad 3 years old. My advice to you is do it. If you Want to do gymnastics you should follow your heart, even if other people started younger is doesn't matter as long as your happy doing it. Goodluck :)!

  • @ayniess Just wanted to say, I'm 16 and it's the perfect time. xD I just started learning tae kwon do, but I've taken a little dance too. And your walk-overs are already way better than mine. lol

  • @ayniess well, I'm a gymnast, I just started this Feburary (And I'm 12) and I'm already level 9 recrational :) So I bet if you try, you'll easily learn anything you want to. The sport is just about following what your heart says (Yes, I realise that sounds cheesey, get over it, ahaha)

  • @ayniess im 14 and just started gymnastics, its going good, dont give up just becoz people say your old, you dont have to be in the olympics to have fun and be healthy!

  • @ayniess

I started with gymnastics/dance when I was 13. We are training two times the week and it's fun.

I always was flexible and wanted to dance, so I'm happy to do it.

  • @ayniess It's not impossible. I started when I was 16 too and can do all the stuff. If it's something you want to do, then go for it. You'll be great! :)

  • amazing! can you make a tutorial video on how to be more flexible?

  • @tirarings sure ! i will once i get out of school :)

  • I don't know about gymnast but I just think it's nice! keep up ur good job :)

  • wow are you rich??

  • good job girl!

  • some tips, or things that you should work on are pointing your toes more and you could stretch out your foot to get a better point, making sure you are squared off or that your hips and shoulders are square and lined up, and that your legs are straight, not trying to put you down or criticize , but to help and i have to work on that stuff too, your doin great!

  • make sure you stretch through your knees and feet

  • Girl, what amazing house is that? Its reaalllly beautiful! And amazing your skills!

  • nice moves! i think if you limbered your back up a bit more it would improve your skills x x

  • summer you need to limber your bak too ... we can do it together .. coz i have lost limber in my bak .. now dont say things like tht :)

  • Is that your house? It's gorgeous. As far as the dancing or whatever it is... you seem to be fumbling a lot. The stills look great though.

  • yah tahts my house haha. but yah its cuz i totally messed up my left l;eg so a cant land on it well :(

  • you're not squared. point your toes and if you want to hold your handstand use your fingers to grip. work on your back flexibility for your elbow stands. you have your own dance studio?

  • thanks for the tips. and yes i do =]

  • nice boobs

  • uuhhhmmm. thanks.

  • i like the view....what lake is that...:P

  • Le basi buone ci sono ma nn sei molto flessibile...prova a lavorare ancora!!!

  • grazie :)

  • great video, keep goin'...

  • STRAIGHTEN YOUR KNEES!

  • i just had dislocated my knee and tore in ligements and tendens holding my kneecap on your tard face,

  • great. . . ur really flexible

  • it's not like you were amazing or anything..

except that you pretty much were

    :)

  • hahaaa =]

  • you need to work on your left leg flexibility as well as back flexibility

  • i has just gotten my belly button peirced that day so i couldnt bend by back but my backs actually really flexible LOL

  • Don't you hate it when people tell you what you "need to work on"? Most people who offer only criticism can't do half of what you can do. No offense intended to the person who commented above. Great job. This is a good video.

  • is that your house? or a studio?

  • It's at a studio in my house

  • cool! your awesome at ballet!

  • Thaanks =]

  • im in ballet. yees i probably will when i find some more spare timme.

  • thanks! (=

I 've been dancing since i was around 3 or 4

  • Good job. Tip: While you are doing splits etc. at 1:11 for example, try to keep you hips straight :)

    xx
