i think that trout is dead anyway because i read in a book that you have to hold them under the water until they swim off or they just fall over and die thats what my book said anyway
@banjolad30 first off, you can see the fish swim right out of his hand. second you can listen strictly to the books, if the fish is really worn out then you might need to hold it but in this case the whole ordeal was over pretty quick so that fish had plenty of life to swim off right away

@Kingtommytom a brook trout is not a trout at all...it is a memeber of the char family...it has light spots on a dark body...brown trout are the opposite...brook trout need very cool water to live...brown trout are one of the most heat tolerant trout...also ...brook trout are easier to catch and dont get as big on average

to be honest with you ii have no idea it was some little and i mean little bink thing but i went and caught like two bass with a popping bug a few days ago
thanks for repling me there is a pond by my house it has bluegill and bass in it you can see the bluegills right off the shore there are about two feet form the shore just waiting to get caught
