Sadly,

I do not see in the list that a leader should do:

-Defend its people against bad decisions taken in other teams

-Be the "filter" and retain the stress placed by other organizations on his/her team.

These are I think the most important thing that a leader should consider...all the rest is bullshit.

Efectívamente como se menciona en el comentario anterior el artículo "the" no se evade, se omite por ser una frase adverbial. Aunque de hecho, no hay nada mejor que consultarlo con un native speaker, para corroborar la información.

al final "the leadership is a natural gift" esta mal. En espanol uno dice "El liderzgo es un regalo natural" pero en ingles uno evade el "the"... osea "Leadership is a natural gift" (en vez de "the leadership is....")
